Good service
Quick delivery, well packed. I did discover that if you use the 'hello@' email to contact them and you receive no reply, then it is likely your mail went to their spam. They run a great service and will help you with any issues

Very impressed
Ordered four packs of long spaghett which were unfortunately damaged during transit. Gourmica proactively went out of their way to rectify the problem and replace the damaged items. Excellent customer service!

The delivery was received within two days. The product was as good as expected. In this case I ordered plum and chopped tomatoes to make delicious pasta sauces. I would really recommend Gourmica for all the foodies that enjoy cooking and are out there looking for good quality, authentic Italian products.

Have used twice in the past month. First time excellent products and really fast delivery.
Second time there was a delivery issue but it was handled very well - they called me and sorted it out. I now have my goods and, again, they are superb.
Problems happen, especially in a pandemic, but I would measure a business by how they respond to that.
