GoTrunk's service is EXCELLENT! It doesn't matter what time of the day or night I send a support ticket, I always receive a quick response from a real person. In addition, support staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Prices are extremely competitive and from a technical perspective their voice services have so far been flawless (although it's early days for me yet). However, their service is so great that I'm sure if there was an issue it would be resolved promptly.

I am definitely looking forward to a long and happy future with these guys!

first time i try GoTrunk and i got happy with the quality of the service when making a call but the setup need to be more simple so that non IT guys can also setup it .

Excellent service, great tech support, I have zero problems with Go\Trunk, I would recommend them to anyone.

So easy to configure and setup. Web/Management interface is very intuitive and easy to use.

When I first took the service I was a little taken aback by the fact that the trial does not offer free inbound calls, I however went ahead because this was the longest trial period I have seen so far. After purchasing a number to receive inbound calls I was having some challenges, however tech support was very helpful. Calls are crisp and clear, however, you may require tech support to get inbound calls operating.

Great - Very transparent about their pricing which is great when you are browsing online. Fantastic trial which is great to get you up and running.

Support is also fantastic, as are their guides for linking to various PBX systems.

very nice interactive web interface. but i found one problem. i put domain name of VoipStudio in IP/PBX. it should be from VoipTrunk. that's why nothing was working.

i tried 5-7 days. i send screenshot but support didn't get the issue. i resolved myself finally.

Good support staff, very good configuration documentation for multiple PBX's and good quality trunks.

I had some issues with paying from Nigeria but it was eventually resolved.
Also, there are still some trunk issues as I can only do only 2 outbound simultaneously.

I hope this is resolved too.

Running on a free 30 day trial. So far so good with no Trunk issues and very prompt support from the GoTrunk Helpdesk

At first it took a while for the initial set up but the customer service was great and quick at responding.

After set up completed it has been running smoothly and will continue to use their services.

Having had a less than satisfactory experience with another (better known) SIP trunk provider, I was ready for the experience of configuring and setting up GoTrunk to be slow and painful.
Happily this proved not to be the case; even before signing up for the trial the team were supportive, and it only took a couple of minutes to configure GoTrunk for our setup.
GoTrunk quickly answered a couple of technical queries, even at the weekend, and have set up a group of inbound numbers and ported our geographical number with no fuss at all.
The portal is simple to navigate and provides a set of MI reports as well as allowing for instant configuration changes.
I can't recommend GoTrunk highly enough - a much better experience that some of the better known SIP providers.
