Did my traffic school about six months ago and I though there won't be any tickets showing in my traffic record
Now after all this months I am paying twice as much for my insurance and my recorded shows traffic ticket
I contacted them and ask them to help me resolve this issue and asked them to send me a copy of the Certificate so I can approve completed traffic school
Respond was "we can't send you a copy but we are going to send them again" There we go again aftef two months same thing
Never want to recommend anyone

GoToTrafficSchool did not send my certificate until weeks after I completed their course. This resulted in additional fees and a temporary suspension of my license.

No problems. It was a breeze. Very easy to follow.

The customer service representatives were unhelpful and we're not knowledgeable of the timeline required to finish the program. I was given different dates that I needed to complete the program by two different people, both of which were incorrect. In speaking with the court, they gave me an extension, which I had to fight with the customer service reps to confirm. They didn't have the correct phone numbers, and I was promised a call back three separate times, all of which I had to call back myself. Once I was on the phone with someone and asked to speak with their manager, they first told me they were out at a meeting until I reminded them that it was 7pm on a Saturday. They then put me on hold, during which I could hear them badmouthing me with another employee. It was only after that that I was correctly enrolled in the program. No professionalism, this program should either hire better employees who know what they're doing and take their jobs seriously, or shut down completely.

I had used Go To Traffic Schools website four years ago and found it easy to use. Now the site has gotten better. I loved the layout of the site. It was easy to read through the and find the correct answer when I would answer incorrectly. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to clear a ticket.

This course was a breeze! I got my first speeding ticket and found out that if I didn't take this course my insurance rates would sky rocket. I was dreading taking this course but I ended up finishing in one day and having the point removed from my license. Thanks GoToTrafficSchool!

For many unfortunate users, GoToTrafficSchool is nothing more than a court-ordered punishment for their first minor traffic infraction. If this organization's true goal was to educate the public on traffic laws and safety, then they wouldn't have the lengthy count-down periods that prevent you from advancing to the next quiz or study material after each section (ensuring that you cannot study at your own pace, this must be decided for you). It's clear that this feature is just to negatively impact as much of your personal time as possible, as if showing up in traffic court and paying court costs wasn't enough. This information should be free and available to all, without restrictions of time and cost. Furthermore, it shouldn't cost money to immediately email an official certificate of completion so that you can verify compliance with your court order. Instead, they charge you to have a physical letter mailed to your address, taking several days to get there. There is no doubt that this organization is capitalizing on mandatory punishment for traffic violations, and perhaps justifiably so, but what's insulting is how they try to portray themselves as actually having the primary goal of education and safety. Out of respect for those of us that were victims of a sad system where law officers issue frivolous citations in order to generate revenue and sustain their own compensation; let's not try to sugar-coat the fact that GoToTrafficSchool is nothing more than a company seeking to profit themselves on individuals' misfortunes.

I think it all was right on the money.

It was quite ironic to receive this review request in my inbox today as I'm in the middle of sorting out a huge mess caused by using your company for traffic school. After receiving a letter from my car insurance company informing me of huge rate increase, it appears my completion of traffic school was not electronic sent to the DMV as your program promised and tuition included. The point was then not hidden and my insurance has been raised. The process of getting reversed and possibly saving my insurance rate is awful.

Go To Traffic School is totally taking advantage of their captive audience, people who must take it due to court obligations or other amusement reason. The shipping charge for the paper copy of the certificate adds insult to injury. Also, I learned nothing new from having taken this course. So it was a waste of time too. I would never taken it if I didn't have to. One and only thing was ok about this business is their website which was built well and very easy to use.

It was very easy to take the class. All of the information you need too get started was very easy too understand. I thought the class was very thorough and informative.

extremely convenient to do traffic school at home, but the structure makes it so that you do have pay attention and make sure your knowledge is up to date. Almost makes it worth getting a traffic ticket.

This worked out well for me and I would recommend anyone who needs traffic school from a ticket etc. to use this service. I still feel my ticket was Very unfair but this school was a good experience. Would be good for the high school kids to use this and maybe they do for training.

First of all , the cost and shipping options are special features.
But I feel there are few points which could be changed:
1. Referral money could be given as a credit to the credit card if they really want to save paper which is the reason they say for paying only when you refer 5 persons.
2. While taking a defensive driving for court citation is frequently done. But I had to take just for insurance premium reduction . In this case , in the application page , it still asks for a citation number which is not needed for a insurance reduction. So could have displayed a tip that enter blank or allowed to user to enter nothing in that field.

Overall it is good experience with gototrafficschool.com . I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a certificate for Insurance Reduction.
