Service is nothing to write home about
Service is nothing to write home about. I ordered a product that I thought was in-stock. It wasn't, but I never got an email telling me that but they charged my credit card. About a MONTH later their web site says in-stock, so assumed they would send it then. Several days later I asked where it was and they said they would ship it today. As of now, still no confirmation received. Unless I constantly email them, nothing happens, and their communication is very poor.

Took over a month to ship
Took over a month to ship, once shipped found out it never shipped. Had to call to check on order said it would ship same day, shipped ground 3 days later. Do better.
Excellent VMI online portal service
Chase Cunningham and Kandice Harlan (with the help from PAC's IT personnel) has setup PAC managed inventory online portal at Lintec of America NSTC in Plano, TX and provide the excellent service. We don't have any disruption in cleanroom supplies.
We have added more items to the online portal since the start of service. Very quick response and delivery!
Very poor communication about delivery
Very poor communication about delivery timing:
At time of order, all articles appeared to be available. Upon inquiry >1 week later, backorder status for several items was detected and admitted.
"Late" items were cancelled (too late for required schedule), but advance-payment has not been reimbursed as of 1 week later. Still waiting!

Love being a PAC customer
Love being a PAC customer! Craig and AJ are really great to work with. On multiple occasions they've been able to fulfill requests for hard-to-find parts and everything ordered is always packaged and shipped carefully. They clearly take what they do seriously no matter the size of the order and are very good about making you feel like a valued customer. I also appreciate their quick and thorough system of communication. The updates they automatically send out if/when there's a change with ship dates are very helpful - not every supplier does that. Only good things to say all around on their customer service and extensive inventory options!

Shoe Covers for use in a Cleanroom
The purchase itself went smoothly. I ordered 3 different sizes of show covers for a cleanroom. I ordered 2 boxes of each type of shoe cover. One item had to be backordered, which was clearly stated in the invoice I received by e-mail. I do wish to mention one problem with my order. The boxes I received were not clearly labeled so I don't know what size shoe cover is in each box. In addition, when I opened up the 5 boxes I received with my order, the bags of shoe covers within the box do not identify the size of the shoe covers. I found this situation problematic. I consider labeling product very important in my end of the business. Please consider a better way of sending out orders to your customers.

The static meter appears to be a very high-quality meter and has performed for us very well. The Cobra gun on loan has been used and may have seen some improvements with what we are testing currently.

Customer Service above and beyond.
Erwin Diaz, in customer service, helped me with tracking information. He checked on my order status, and best of all, I emailed him that one of my jackets was defective. He ask for a picture and once received they overnight one for me to replace. He went above and beyond!
