Trip to South America
Working with GOTOLATAM was the best decision we have made. Special thanks to the team - Paul, Crisdel, Enzo, Rueben and all the guides and drivers for making the 22-day trip a safe, enjoyable and memorable one for 10 of us from Singapore.
With Paul, one can be assured of top-notch service. Paul connected us with Crisdel. Crisdel is amazing and a gem. She is extremely fast in her response and is attentive to details, accommodating the many changes we made to our itinerary. With Crisdel, we have no worries. Her service is impeccable.
Thanks also to Enzo for constantly staying connected with us during the trip to make sure things are in order and we are well taken care of. A special shout out to Rueben, our guide for Cusco, Sacred Valley, Inca Trail and Manchu Picchu. With Rueben, we had so much fun. Amazing memories in South America
First time in South America and totally enjoyed the 28 days itinerary over 7 countries. GOTOLATAM made it so easy, safe and wonderful! Thanks to Crisdel and Enzo for the regular and prompt communication, updates of the flights, accommodations, guides etc. really appreciate the pleasant surprises they provided to us throughout the trip eg my mum’s birthday dinner. All the drivers, guides and coordinators were also very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about the countries we were visiting. Have already recommended a few friends! Excellent Services
This is my first time using Gotolatam’s service, which was excellent. Our consultant, Crisdel, provided very good advice on our itinerary, and the entire team followed up seamlessly during our trip. All staff and agents appeared to be very professional. We really enjoyed this 23-day tour. We will definitely take their services again, and recommend them to our friends.
