Fraudulent Web Store - Will not fulfill order after charging you
I placed an order on 13 Jan 2026 with an expected delivery around 19 Jan 2026 (USPS) based on the information provided on their web site. Towards the end of the month, I had not received anything and attempted to obtain a status via web support on their site. On 19 Feb 2026 I reached out to their sales department via email and informed them I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. on 21 Feb 2026, I disputed the claim.
To date, the only communications I have received from them was an email receipt received shortly after placing the order.
The only means to contact them is via a web request and an email to their sales department - neither of which they respond to.
DO NOT order from GotMagic.com. If you have reservations, search the internet for problems with orders from GotMagic.com.

GotMagic.com are Scammers
I purchased an item through their website on 01/09/2026, today is 02/17/2026 and I have not received my order. I emailed them several times and also used their contact form on their website, and absolutely No Response. Do not purchase anything from them. I should of realized it ahead of time, but it was too late when I noticed later on that they do not have a telephone number or a physical address listed on their website.
