Fraudulent purchase and zero help
I received a notice for a purchase on this site. I did not make this purchase. I contacted go tickets and had to go through a painstaking process with an AI chat before reaching a human. Even though the charge is still pending and the purchases were fraudulent the company would not help me. They kept repeating "the tickets are secured. We cannot issue a refund". I would have to go through a whole process with my bank anyhow as the person used a catd in my Google pay. Nonetheless- even if the bank refunds me for this charge. Go tickets will still get the money. After this encounter, I looked further into this company. Buyer beware! The prices are triple that of other avenues for purchasing tickets. And the reputation for getting tickets timely is terrible. I guess I'll see if I end up with tickets to a show I've never heard of. Terrible experience
