Decent selection at this site, though the chain I got was just alright. Shipping wasn't the fastest and the quality is okay - not terrible, but didn't wow me either. Might give them another shot in the future.

I ordered a pair of men's leather pants. When they arrived they were to large. I contacted them and inquired about exchanging them. I was told that exchanging them would be extremely expensive due to shipping and they would instead offer me a discount on future purchases. Now I'm out a hundred bucks for a pair of pants I can't wear AND they want me to spend more money. Don't give these people your money. I will be disputing this purchase with my credit card company today.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They advertise premium faux leather that is thin, arrives from overseas, too small, and cant be returned. I emailed Customer Service before ordering about sizing, was advised to check the cart, after doing so I ordered two items,1 coat and 1 jacket.. Let's just say I could've worn a plastic bag and looked better. Premium faux leather is mediocre at best and too small, according to their measurements. I emailed them to inquire on returning the items and was told that I'd have to return the items to a warehouse overseas, which would be very pricey and then offered a 40% discount to reorder the same trash bags!!! I'll take the loss but hopefully, you'll read this and wont. The items on the page looked thick and luxurious, that's not what I received. Please do your research before ordering online. Great lesson learned

Do not order from them , customer service is terrible. You will not be able to return any item if you do not like it even if you are withing return policy, i will be posting their responses soon for proof. Its been a month and they have not responded to me about me processing a return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a jacket from them and when it arrived it was a cheap imitation of what was pictured on their website. Different material, different buttons, poorly made with extremely poor quality material.

When I reached out to have the issue resolved by either getting a refund or haven’t the actual jacket pictured online sent to me their customer service team was not helpful. They first offered to give me a discount to buy more products. They never acknowledged that the items sold are not what they advertised.

I emailed multiple times and finally got instructed to send the product back to china in the original packaging where they would review the process and possibly refund after it got there. They also advised me to declare a value of $5 on the official declaration form for international shipment. I informed them I do not agree with with having to pay for return shipping for an item that was not what I ordered.

I will have to initiate a fraud claim with my credit card company to seek resolution. Do not buy from them.
