This is a scam company. No response to emails, telephone number is false, tracking info is false. The address is a real address but unlikely that the company is based there. If you’re unfortunate enough to have ordered from this scammer, best thing to do is to contact your card provider and get the transaction cancelled as soon as you can.

If I could give this company a zero I would . Just like most of the 1star reviews on here I never received my full order and arrived 2 weeks late with the promise of a free gift . No Gift !!!! Have sent several emails asking for the rest of the order or refund . Surprise , surprise no response !!!!! I really wish I had read the reviews before using them . I would suggest staying well away from this company totally unprofessional .
Extremely poor service
I have had no choice other than to leave this review. I placed an order of x7 items on 8th February 2025. Only x6 items arrived, two of the items were incorrect/not what I ordered. I have emailed this company x3 times within a 2 weeks period and have had no response/reply. I have attempted to contact Go Sweets via telephone also - no answer, and tried via the online chat with no luck. I have been left with incorrect, unwanted items for my son’s birthday. Do not order from this company.

Ordered on 5yh February 100.00 worth of sweets for my dads surprise party this weekend still not got my ordered after 50 phone calls and always going to answer phone 15 emails and through Facebook I finally hit a reply yesterday saying sorry and they would be sending my order for delivery today and still no order absolutely disgusting I would not recommend this company they take your money and there is no way of contacting them I am now out of pocket if 100.00 utterly disgusting company
I wouldn’t waste your time
After having a decent service from this company I decided to order again. Placed order at end on January, got an email a week or so later apologising for the delay. I’ve sent numerous emails since and not had one response or a refund!

Ordered Midget Gems received Fruit Salad even though the delivery note in the package said it was Midget Gems. Contacted them said they'd send out the correct items, never received them. They are ignoring my emails and i've even written to them and had no response. Find somewhere else to buy from people, don't use them

It's a con. I ordered £52 of sweets and they never sent them. I've tried getting in touch various times by email, but they're just ignoring me. The money got taken from my account though. It's a scam website.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Cannot get hold of anyone in customer services, delivery 3 days late and the Evri driver couldn't even be bothered to bring them into the building. Tracking just said delayed. Will not use this company again, shocking!

First time i ordered something it was “delayed” for 3 weeks then refunded on a max 5 day delivery. They blamed low stock levels even though it said nothing of the sort on their website. I thought i would give them one last chance. Once again i have ordered something 3 weeks ago for valentines day and have been emailed first thing to tell me it was “probably” either lost or damaged by Evri and has been refunded which again said it would have been a max of 5 days for delivery. I don’t know what type of scam they are running but i will not be using them again. You will not receive your order. They will hold your money for 3 weeks and then refund you.

I have tried to log in and my email is no longer linked to this order. I have emailed multiple times (nothing in my spam/junk) and every time i call it goes to voicemail. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Should have looked at the reviews before I reordered.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Basically ordered sweets they arrived later than delivery stated. Should have been 2-4 days and was nearly two weeks, had to purchase more sweets locally in meantime. I have gone through the returned portal this was logged on 6.02.25 and after I have tried calling, emails, chat and still no avail.
I would never order from here again, I didn’t look at trust pilot originally. But wish I did as I definitely wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Poor poor service

Exactly what everyone here has said! I ordered on 29th Jan express delivery. A week later email that it’s with Evri few days later another email sorry it’s delayed and will be updated by 7th Feb. Still nothing no calls going through all to voicemail. Chat is a robot literally getting nowhere. On 11th Feb I emailed again and auto reply that it will update on 7th Feb!! Is it a joke? I’ve contacted my bank to get my money back. Please do not waste your money and then your time chasing these scammers for your order.
