This company scammed me

This company scammed me, and now they are demanding me to remove all of my reviews on them to do the proper refund.
Every single day I'm getting these emails, I will not remove my reviews, if they want to keep my money, so be it, but I will not back down.
They stole from me and now are trying to extortionate me to recover my money.

I had an issue with an unexpected charge, but the Escalation Team handled my case very professionally.
They reviewed everything carefully and approved a full refund.
I really appreciate their quick and kind support — especially the person who followed up personally to make sure I was satisfied.
