Ordered 3 mugs with picture of 3 girls walking arm in arm from the back. Fit my 3 girls very well...able to pick hair length and color, clothes and drink item in their hands...mugs looked "just like my girls!" Very pleased with color, etc.

I had never ordered anything off Facebook, but after seeing the ad (and a few drinks), I figured, “why not?! It’ll be a funny story if nothing else, and my wife would appreciate the sentiment.

Not only did the mug arrive way ahead of the predicted delivery date, it was perfect. The pictures and renders did not to justice. The image looks even better and more like my wife and dogs than I could have hoped, and the quality is superb. My wife uses it EVERY morning now.

I ordered last August 2020 and it arrived like a week earlier than estimated arrival. I ordered 3 customised mugs for myself and my sisters. The message was very heartwarming and the pictures of the back look so much like us so they (my sisters) and myself totally love it.
I would have loved to order another one for my brother and myself because we’re also close but there’s nothing for a brother and sister.

It was amazing! Fast shipping and great products- exactly as described and arrived super fast also.

Ordered a customised mug expecting care to be taken. The mug came late, the picture was blurry, and there were deep scrapes in the sides of the mug. Asked for another mug, the second one arrived with printing/ink stains, scratches, and lots of pinprick-like dents in the sides of the mug. Never ordering from here again
