Great gifts for family far away!
I bought several items this Christmas for family far away. The dog pillow was very nice. I also sent sisters mugs and a sister puzzle. They were all personalized and everyone enjoyed them.

Disappointing...
Ordering was easy and customer service was very helpful. Why did I give 3 stars? The picture of my customized mug showed much larger people, and the names of each person was larger than what I received on the mug. One of the reviews (before I ordered), also mentioned that the names were so small, they were hard to make out. Maybe print instead of write the names? If the pictures are what I actually received, it would be a 5 star rating.

Fantastic ornaments
The ornaments are stunning and really did justice to the photos that I sent. I highly recommend this company. The ornaments are excellent quality ceramic. One did not come out perfect, and they happily replaced it with another, that was perfect, free of charge.

Their products are not made in the US is advertise most of their products even come directly from out of the US that is why the shipping take so long and no matter how many times you unsubscribe they won’t leave you alone. They kept emailing you and they are extremely annoying. I highly do not recommend dealing with this company. The products are subpar
