Was mislead fraudulently via Facebook on this website

Was mislead fraudulently via Facebook toward this website last summer, and ended paying, not for a sport equipment, but for a kind of subscription with weekly payment I didn't want.

After trying to solve this problem with the customer service, I decided to leave a complaint with the European Customer Center. And now, the customer service agree to reimburse me on the condition that I leave my experience on Trustpilot... No problem, Here it is ! But not the 4 or 5 stars I was asked for.

Still waiting for my money...

You guys have debited my money without my concern. To start with I have never su subscribe anything with you guys. All I know is that you guys have to refund my money. Please 🙏

Thank you for refunding all of my money including the bank charges. I hope the very same thing to the others.

Stop sending me emails to delete my 1-star review.

Website is a scam and charges your card for a purchase you did not make.

They'll tell you they can give you a refund if you give them a 5 star review. If not, you won't get your money back.
