Fedex made a mistake with the shipment, and we offered the customer the option to keep the existing canvas while we shipped out a new one, or provide a full refund. Everything we do is custom and handcrafted so can't simply "overnight" a replacement. It takes time. Instead customer chose to leave a negative review for a small family owned business working day and night during the holidays trying to fulfill all the orders.
