After an intense bout of the flu which left me off work for 6 days, I knew I had to look at building my immune system and after lengthy research I choose the SOMEGA range and since January I have been using SOMEGA products to build up my immunity, my improve on joint and mobility. I have noticed that my prolapse has improved, just taking it for a month.
It appears to have helped the pelvic floor muscles to strengthen! Apparently, collagen is needed to build muscle.
My facial skin has become lovely and soft. I feel my nails have strengthened also.

I found this company a few years ago as I was researching Vitamin C and Omega 3 supplements and wanted an alternative to tables. The liposomal vitamin C and easy Omega 3 are amazing products, easy to take and of very high quality. I have seen a huge improvement in my health over the past few years. I can’t recommend highly enough. Amazing products from a great Irish company!

I have been using Somega Collagen Plus and Vitamin C for five months. The Vitamin C is so palatable and can be taken straight from the spoon. As for the Collagen Plus I can see a huge difference in the texture of my skin. Great products from a great local company.

Using the lycine to combat cold sores, these tablets are easier to swallow and shorten the lifespans of breakouts!

I started to use the Somega Quercetin to help with high histamine level in my body. I got a breakout in hives when the sun made an appearance in early April and I find its working great. Its liposomal so its highly absorbable. I know it'll work fast. I love that its a spoonful in the morning and I'm done. I don't want to be taking yet another tablet or supplement. It tastes nice and sweet so I don't dread it. It's an Irish brand which helped me choose. Also has the added benefit of help against ageing!! What's not to love? Highly recommend.

Have been taking collagen plus for almost a year now. Great Irish marine collagen product - tastes good with yogurt as a snack! Customer service is excellent.

I’ve been taking this supplement for about a month and have noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels. It’s very easy to take. I would highly recommend it.

I have congenital hip dysplasia and since having children i have grown accustomed to moderate hip pain at night. I purchased collagen plus for the skin benefits one month ago. One week into taking the supplement and to my surprise, the hip Pain that has plagued me for 5 years has disappeared completely!

I take the Omega 3 and Vitamin D3 supplement. Highly recommended and tastes great. Very easy to take and my son is now taking it as well, Mark and Paula are excellent to deal and very professional. Delivery Service is excellent. I would highly recommend this product to everyone as almost all people in Ireland have a deficiency on Vitamin D and Omega 3 is very important for everyone. I became very unwell a few years ago and could not tolerate any supplements due to Long COVID-19 with MCAS and POTS. Fast forward to 6 months ago and I started using Somega product's. First B12 then D and now B Complex. To say their customer care is excellent is and understatement. They have been so helpful while I navigate. Their products are super clean with minimal ingredients. Great products, tasty and completely changed my attitude to daily supplementation, my health and energy levels have completely changed for the better as a result. Focus was improved for work and recovery from intense training. Customer service is also second to none! Added the marine collagen supplement in recently (Skin was looking tired from long work days) and it made such a difference.
