I honestly cannot recommend Kimiya enough!

Before buying my flat, many people warned me that solicitors can be slow to respond and that the whole process can be stressful. My experience with Kimiya was completely different. My friends were so surprised when I told them how quickly and smoothly everything progressed.

As a first time buyer, I was expecting the process to be quite stressful and overwhelming, but Kimiya made it feel surprisingly straightforward and stress-free. She was incredibly efficient and clearly an expert in what she does.

Her replies were incredibly quick, and she answered every question clearly and patiently. She was also very proactive, constantly chasing everyone involved to keep things moving, and she genuinely went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I always felt I could rely on her.

The app was fantastic too. Being able to see updates, read and sign documents, and track everything in one place made the process so much easier.

I honestly couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. I would definitely use Gorvins again in the future.
