I ordered a Gorilla Grow Tent 10 x10. In my email confirmation, you had sent me a link to track the package with the a fedex tracking code

I shipped this product to a warehouse. I have just realised that there are 2 boxes that comes together for the Gorilla Grow Tent 10 x10. I only discovered this after many back and forth calls and communication with the warehouse provider, causing a lot much distress and inconvenience for me and the warehouse provider. In fact, I am being charged extra due to the extra time for my products being stored in the warehouse. The warehouse provider managed to locate another box with the Gorilla Grow Tent 10 x 10 which was under a different fedex tracking code. I was not provided with this latter Fedex code and had no way to inform my warehouse provider. Til now, I have just managed to sort out the admin work with the warehouse provider and I am hoping to receive the products in the next few days. It has been a very inconvenient and dissatisfactory first-time purchase with Gorilla Grow Tent. I had purchased from your website after hearing good product reviews online, but this experience has made me have my reservations. I hope that you are able to take this feedback seriously.

This is the second tent I have bought from Gorilla. They are an amazing tent, built to be used and abused. All materials are top notch and built to last. Plenty of vents, and doors and windows and…..

Second tent I have ordered. First one works great. Second came with a defective zipper. Notified the company, and they sent out a replacement the same day. Excellent customer service!!!

Oh, package arrived quicker than expected. I thought I was missing a piece I put in a service ticket. It was quick to call me back. Help me understand that. I actually put one of the pieces on upside down damn moment for me but they were kind. I love this product.

So I did a poor job of selecting and ordered the wrong extension type for my tent.
I sent a message and wham! Bam! I got the wrong one returned and correct one on the way. Super customer service.

Looking forward to owning the leading tent on the market!! I grow in limited height space and searched for a solution, so here I am!

The tent was received quickly. It was easy to put up and it is very sturdy.
The price is a bit steep, but overall I really like this tent.
I am grateful that u have shorty tents as that is the only size that fits in my space.

Tent came quick, and is more than I could ask for. Love the simple instructions and all the extra room to work in air and electric.

Box was delivered open and parts are missing.

My tent shipped quickly and arrived on time. It was packaged well and arrived in excellent condition. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. The 5x5 Grow Tent went up easy (built it solo) and so far seems great! Very happy with the purchase!

Your quality of tents are not the great/good.
In less then a year these tents rip from the seems right we’re the zipper ends/starts.
And the warranty does not cover this issue which in my opinion should?
The only reason I have purchased this tent is because of the extension kit.
And another brand I was going to pick was sold out.
Wish you guys the best but hopefully improve on the quality of your tents most importantly.

I'm 63 years old. I'm a retired tool maker, engineer. Retired owner of a tooling company for 20 years. I also own a restaurant sports bar for the last 18 years and also have a fish farm.

Because of the situation that our country is in. It's really getting hard to get good produce, if you can get it at all.
So I took matters in my own hands and had an outside garden this year. I supplied all the vegetables for my restaurant except banana peppers.

I've decided to take it to the next level. I'm doing all of my growing indoors in controlled environments.
One thing I've learned in business over the years. Is to research as much as you can, and buy the best you can afford.
When it came to grow tents. It wasn't hard for me to make a decision about this. First of all I needed to grow tent 10 ft tall. Heavy canvas, easy installation, and everything was there that was supposed to be.

This is kind of an experimental project. To see if I can self sustain my restaurant.

Having said that. I purchased three gorilla grow tents. All three were five by nine. I kept two of them at 8 ft height. Raising green bell peppers and onions in one and jalapeños and ground cherrys in the other.
I kept one 10 ft High, for my tomatoes and cucumbers.

In a 5x9 Gorilla Grow Tent. I can comfortably operate one four unit rootbox rwdc, and one two unit rootbox rwdc.

I think what I like best about the gorilla grow tents, is the fact that the top inside is so sturdy and flexible. I could suspend my fans, and keep them in perfect alignment with the duck ports. Since the top bars are adjustable, it was easy to be able to hang string hooks for my cucumbers and tomatoes.
Also, hanging Kingled lights, so it was easy to have those adjusted over my rdwc units. I would recommend these tents to anyone.

Love this tent, I had my old Gorilla for around 4 years and it was solid. They are built right and great customer service.

I have a gorilla lite 4x4 that I bought at the same time as two other Amazon Chinese grow tents.

The Chinese tents are all in good shape but the gorilla grow is in shambles. Rips, tears, light leaks. It’s a piece of junk.

I started first with a vivosun tent and will never buy anything after getting a gorilla tent. The assembly Instructions and hardware are much better not to mention the quality of the zippers and tent itself.
