The store is abandoned.
Their store hasn't been operational for months now, they don't answer any e-mails, and despite still showing it on the site, their 'e-mærke' has been revoked. If they ever start up again, this first impression of the new owners should be enough to stay clear.

received a email asking if i want to cancel the order or wait. this was reasonable i thought. 2 weeks later i tried to cancel the order as it was taking too long. the company is completely uncontactable by phone and email is not answered until things have escalated to the extreme. having read other reviews here its not surprising the long list of one stars. they seem to not be too concerned here. if you have to pay a little more somewhere else it can still pay off i think.
