I was molested and they removed the toilet paper. Bad work times. No lunch break.

I have purchased numerous goretex products over the years from various premium brand manufacturers.Simply put the waterproofing doesn't tend to last very long.Shoes are the worse culprits, sometimes tending to leak in a handful of months.They tend not to cope at all with regular exposure to damp grass.

sadly poor repairment strategies and too bold statements in the jackets saying ''guaranteed to keep you dry''

I purchased a 500 euro jacket from a brand collaboration with them. The jacket end up leaking and peeling off due to design and manufacturing issues after 4 years which is not covered by the warranty after 2 years by the brand . I referred to goretex itself. I had to send the jacket to a '' professional test center'' turns out to be a furniture tapestry shop. I emailed for an update and they just said it can not be repaired-please contact goretex'' i gave them a call to find out more and apparently they havent even tested the jacket which tempts me to be suspsicious about the evaluation processes...

I now have to buy a new jacket, demotivated to invest on goretex¨, knowing its lifecycle.

I made an order the 28th of November. My orders wrre confirmed the 2nd of December.The 5th of december my credit card was deducted. The 11th of December I wrote an e-mail asking for an update. It is now the 20th of December, and I have heard nothing.
