These guys are great!

These guys are great. Perfect service and no issues. I’ve had to go to them twice and the staff were wonderful. This last time they were able to help with an issue caused when Apple broke my phone during a battery replacement and left me without a working eSIM. Thanks Ayaka! (She was great)

Japanese girl Ayaka!!

Japanese girl Ayaka gave me the great service. I wasn’t able to call to Japan for emergency calls. She helped and thought me how to call to Japan. I appreciate that AYAKA!!

Its okay - pros and cons

It’s okay. You get the data. If you go over you get charged over 100 dollars. I went over by 6G and it was upsetting to see that much. Sometimes my data has cut off randomly and there’s no compensation or reason. It just won’t work for a few hours. Despite that, the customer service is good at replying quickly when you need them. Data is 85% -90% reliable.

Been a customer for over 6 years now

Been a customer for over 6 years now, nothing but an overall great service. Their plan price is unbeatable, and their customer support help you get things done quickly, like the fact that you can reach their 'human' customer support rep instead of an AI like most companies. Thanks to TZ for your help.

Got a great service from TZ

I had a great experience with PhoneBox, and TZ was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions about the data plans and made the setup super easy. It’s rare to get such personalized service these days. Highly recommend!

Thanks Sirine!

I needed a phyical sim card because my phone isn't compatible with esims. I couldn't activate them (i tried two different sim cards) so I walked to the Phonebox shop to get help. Sirine helped me within five minutes to activate it🙏. Such a friendly and fast Service!
