It was meant to be bespoke. Unacceptable delays, poor communication, and told more times than not that the item was in China or and or Russia and I have to keep waiting and maybe they were having to pay extra for the train??? Not what I wanted to hear ever.
I had a really really really really unhappy experience.. which resulted in me having to accept the refund that was offered time and time again. No compensation for the wait times and my Mental Health regarding the stress I’ve had to endure and my family..
I ordered a custom unit from Goose Legs and faced unacceptable delays, a complete lack of professionalism, and terrible customer service. Trying to get updates on my order or a straightforward answer from them was a deeply frustrating, exhausting experience and very very frustrating. They quickly take your money, but the moment there is an issue, they become incredibly difficult to reach. It is also highly concerning that they do not maintain a transparent, public GOOGLE REVI profile for customer feedback. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT READING GOOGLE REVIEWS AND THIS IS WHY I’M IN THIS POSITION BECAUSE A COMPANY THAT DOESN’T ALLOW GOOGLE REVIEWS HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE.. be very very, very cautious ever ordering from this company. After constantly pushing them for a resolution, I finally received an email confirmation from Ross stating that a refund has been processed. I am leaving this review on Trustpilot so other potential kitchen and furniture buyers are fully aware of these severe communication gaps and lead-time issues before handing over any money to this company.
I wouldn’t give them one stop but trust pilot only gave me that option.
My opinion is: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
