Order placed on Monday 30th @ 19.41
Given that this was late on Monday and I definitely needed it for Friday (bank holidays on Thursday and Friday) I paid the £8.95 Next working day delivery, assuming it would be here on Wednesday.
Well it is now 9pm on Wednesday with no baby shower gift. My order was dispatched on Tuesday @ 08:52 but on my dispatch email under tracking number I have a blank box so I can not even track to see where my order is exactly.
Also messaged this company on Facebook and sent 2 email through the ‘contact us’ tab on their website with no response.
Given that this was a £46.99 gift that is already overpriced and it’s nothing more than a few baby grows wrapped into flowers I expected to be paying for the service of this company…

Hi Lisa. As you know we were let down by Royal Mail on this order as we dispatched the gift with them on Tuesday for next day delivery on Wednesday. As soon as you alerted us to the non delivery we responded and offered to refund the delivery cost due to Royal Mail letting us down. Unfortunately the two day Jubilee bank holidays exacerbated the situation, so the delivery was only made on the Saturday by Royal Mail. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with our service and once again apologise for the delivery issues. We are a small family business and every bouquet is handmade and we feel they are well worth the money. It's extremely rare that we receive negative feedback so we are very dissapointed in this review that essentially relates to our delivery partner. I will follow up with a phone call to once again apologise for the delivery issues.
Bought hatbox of flowers and baby clothes for my daughter in law and it was absolutely beautiful. She loved it when I gave it to her. Ordered next day delivery as I needed it for a baby shower at the weekend and it arrived fir thing the next day. Brilliant!

Underwhelmed with purchase for the cost and with what I received. Made an error on gift card and noticed straight away and contacted Goo Goo gifts to let them know straight away. I was contacted straight back and was told that this would be rectified but when the item arrived gift card had not been altered hence an incorrect message which spoiled the gift. I was told as it was because they rushed postage of the item so that I would get it sooner and by doing this forgot to alter gift card. Communication was really good but put off with future purchases from this company.

Jay got in touch with us to say she'd made a mistake on the gift note, and also could she get the order quicker. In our haste to get her order out quickly we forgot to rectify her mistake and change the wording on the gift note. We apologised for this and I rang Jay up to apologise in person for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I was very unsure how good the gifts will be but was pleasantly surprised that the gift was just as seen customer service are great as I made a mistake , contacted them and they sorted immediately. Lovely company . Only set back is the shipping price is a lot .
We purchased a large baby clothes bouguet in a hat box, to send to family friends in Ireland. Our friends were so happy at receiving the gift. The arrangement was beautiful.

Ordered a baby bouquet for a virtual baby shower! Delivered at lunchtime on the day specified. The bouquet was wonderful, exactly as it looked on the photos. A lovely gift, would definitely use this company again.
Bought a bouquet for my new granddaughter and was absolutely gorgeous. I went for the large and is was so well presented and the clothes looked lovely with the flowers. I will get one for my next grandchild. Delivery was quick and had no problems.
Ordered a baby bouquet, used standard postage as the estimated delivery date stated it would arrive on the 5th of December, still no sign of it, contacted by the owners stating that it was an issue with Hermes and it was stuck at the depot and wasn't moving, asked for tracking information several times, not received, now ignoring correspondence, won't have gift in time for baby shower, gift did arrive and was beautifully made and presented but late and as such was of no use.
