My cats absolutely loved the wet food and bone broth. They licked their container clean whenever I have fed them Goofy Tails. I wish they would increase the quantity at this price point.

I really like the product from Goofy tails ,- the bone broths.
But my cats rejected n vomitted the goofy tails gravy foods.
The food is in general expensive, if you want to include it as everyday food and if you are feeding community cats.
Goofy tails executive gave me good deal in December & promised to continue for one year. but suddenly discontinued without information and have stopped responding to my messages.

Why do I see grated fish scales & bones in my cat's gravy food?
Bought seaweed Mackerel & Tuna gravy food from Goofy Tails. No wonder 3 of my 5 cats rejected the food straightaway.

Shrimp treats are good though. All cats like it.

Product wasnot delivered on wrong pretext

The product that I ordered, was facing size issue. Requested an exchange but no revert at all. Very disappointed

I bought goofy treats and my minggay loves it. Although their customer service is kinda slow when i Asked for a product. However, My cat love her food here so ore sure I will buy again here.

I had bought a pee pad and a spray pee pad is good but spray was not working well

I had placed an order for the buff meal and the bone broth (which I’ve previously tried). The bone broth arrived in good condition but not only did I receive only 1 buff meal when I had ordered 3, the pack was expired. I was very disappointed and immediately called the customer care number which was unresponsive. Thankfully they responded to my email and proceeded to send me a fresh batch of the quantity I had ordered. No complaints about the products but the quality control process needs to be made better!

You cannot sell a product and not give spares

We have three large dogs and two water fountains and need to change filters every month or more often. But your site does not show them or give any information about their date of availability. This is wrong
