This company uses AI to trick you into purchasing an item. What I received looked quite a bit different than what I expected and I paid $38 for silk flowers that looked like it cost $1. Their website. states they have a moneyback guarantee but refused to give me my money back. After many emails. They offered to give me a 35% discount. I had to file with my credit card company to get my money back.

I did not receive the item I ordered.

Goodutensil is a scam! Ordered hanging basket of flowers as pictured on their website and in their video. Expected big arrangement in large box. Got one flower strand in small sleeve. Refund? Email to support seems autogenerated. They offered %15 refund. They did just enough to be legal (probably). I’m out $23.

I am totally unsatisfied with this purchase. On the order i made of $139.00 i ordered 8 hanging baskets of uv ray protected baskets all different colors. I was very excited until i received my order last night and received a small box with 17 sprigs of flowers. Totally a missreprentation on the part of goodutensil. I have been in the middle of a complaint e mail with the company's service team trying to get my money refunded. I would not recommend this site for any purchases because they are not sending you what you ordered. Then they only want to refund me 10%. This is outrageous. They only want to refund me $13.90 of a $139.00 order.
Very frustrated and very unsatisfied.
Do not order from this scamming company.

An absolute scam of a website. We ordered what was advertised as a large artificial petunia hanging basket and I kid you not, we received two 5 inch long stems with some petals on them. They fit in a 2x2x12 inch box. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, I thought someone was pranking us. $37.37 is what we paid for these little garbage stems. I contacted the company and they claimed that’s what was advertised. No it wasn’t. I sent them proof via pictures of the EXACT product and description advertised versus what I got. Their replies are clearly AI generated. They offered me a 15% refund - excuse me???? $5 back for sending me this trash? DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. THEY PREY ON HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND SEND LEGITIMATE GARBAGE. They should be behind bars.

the disappointment is major.
I did not receive anything close to what I ordered and paid for:

1. the fairy is 4-5 inches
(advertised as 2-3feet)

2. flimsy metal cut-out
(not hand made as advertised)

3. details are nonexistent
(not one of a kind, as advertised)

4. I was offered 5% refund.
(not 100% satisfaction service, as advertised)

I wish I could post pics from their website -vs- what I received.

I could go on & on...
I should have checked trust pilot.

This is the precise email I sent to the company..Dear American Workers,I have rarely been as underwhelmed as I am by the product I bought from you.The size was extremely deceiving on your advertisement. I received an unremarkable piece of barely visible junk.Hand crafted as a joke on idiots like myself.I understand perfectly why you are discontinuing this line,and it is not worth the money I paid for it.Shame on you all.

The item pictured in their ads was nothing like what I received. The Garden Fairy in the add is 3D and what I received is small, a metal cutout and nothing like what was advertised.
