Alyssa is a credit to this company with the best customer service & experience I have had in a very long time. Their products are excellent & when I did have a small issue their response was by email & phone call the very next day & replacement part was on its way from their supplier within 24hrs!!!

Beautiful quality toys with excellent customer service
The staff member at Good to play toys in Allambie Heights was absolutely delightful in assisting my 92 year old mother to easily purchase a wonderful wooden toy for her 1 year old great grandson.

SATISFIED WITH THE RESOLUTION I HAVE RECEIVED AFTER RECEIVING A BROKEN ITEM
My item has just been delivered last week and a few few mins after delivery and after I opened my package, I could see the package was not handled properly. There were holes in the box and when I opened my package I am very disappointed that I have been given a damaged kinder feet Pram, It has a crack on it. I have sent an email straight away to Good to Play but I have NOT heard from them for over a week and felt that they don'tcare too much, after paying for the product that's it your on your own you only lucky if you get your product undamaged. I felt that they have completely ignored my emails so they don't have to deal with it! I even gave them a call but no answer and I left a message ,I have never got any response from them. After posting my previous 1 star review I have received a respond from Good to play in my email and unfortunately they have responded to me but used an incorrect email that is why I have not received their response from my concern. I AM SATISFIED BY THE GREAT SERVICE AND RESOLUTION I HAVE RECEIVED AFTER SUCH ORDEAL. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A FULL REFUND AND A NEW KINDERFEET PRAM AT NO COST. QUICK DELIVERY AND LABELED AS FRAGILE SO MY ITEM ARRIVED UNSCRACTH. THEY HAVE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REPORT THE POOR HANDLING OF MY INITIAL PURCHASE WITH AU POST. THANK YOU SO MUCH GOOD TO PLAY. APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER CARE.
