Great Customer service received…

Great Customer service received (Brooke, Jo, Becky?) In fact from anyone I spoke to in the telesales team!! 1/2 packages arrived smashed (DHL.....Just gotta love'em!) Replacement delivered (intact!) within 48 Hrs minimal fuss.....Cinderella, you shall go to the ball!! Thanks ladies......100% spot on service!!!

Overall good service had a few issues…

Overall good service had a few issues with damaged and missing delivery’s but it wasn’t the businesses fault it was the delivery company but they resolved it for me with very little issues , Brooke in customers services was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Despite a few issues I’ll be using them again

I always use good time in

I always use good time in. Good selection good prices. Kept up to date with delivery. Quick delivery. Customer service couldn't fault easy to contact very quick to help. Joanna very helpful replied instantly and helped 100%. Thanks

Very helpful service …

I had a missed delivery and Good Time In were able to resolve and resend (and tell me it was due to a breakage in transit) and I received my items in perfect condition.

Great customer service

Great products, and when there was an issue it was handled really quickly and really pragmatically. Brooke was great from customer service and quickly resolved my issue (wrong item sent). The issue was investigated and solution proposed within hours and fully resolved in a few business days

Also very happy with the products, would definitely buy from them again!
