My experience with GoodScienceBio was extremely disappointing, and they failed to deliver on multiple promises clearly stated on their website.

First, they advertise 1 business day shipping, but my order took nearly one week to arrive. That’s a significant gap between expectation and reality.

Second, when I requested a Certificate of Analysis (COA) after placing my order, they told me they were still waiting for it themselves. This is a major concern. It suggests that products may be sold before proper verification is completed, which raises serious questions about quality control and safety.

Third, their customer support is unreliable. They claim fast responses (within minutes), but in reality, it took days to get a reply, if at all.

Overall, they failed to meet their own standards in shipping, transparency, and communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.

I worked in a lab for 18 years and I've been buying peptides for over 5. Good science has the highest quality I've found. Their customer service people are quick to answer questions and are patient and honest. Good science = good company.

I did have purchased from this company and received their product, but everything was packed like you would order from a small place in China. Their website looks professional, and all the guarantee claims sound appealing, but they do not post COAs with the product. You have to request to receive COAs. On the vials, they have a tiny QR code that is impossible to scan. I have reached out to them several times for the COA of the product I purchased and have not received any reply from them. That lack of response makes me feel like you cannot trust any of their products. The COA should be clearly posted with everything they offer without request.
