Not worth it
Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The shipment itself
was initially delivered to the wrong address by ontrac, which was a frustrating
start. Once I was able to receive the butcher bundle, the product quality didn’t align with what I anticipated for the price point. The chicken had a noticeably
chew-gummy texture, along with the Ny strip (one of the cuts I was most excited
to try), and the ribeyes arriving frozen solid and ultimately tasting as though
it had been affected by freezer burn.
Given the premium positioning of your offerings, this was disappointing,
especially as a first impression. I was hoping for a much higher level of
consistency and quality based on what I had heard about Good Ranchers.
I wanted to pass this along as candid feedback in case it’s helpful from a
quality and fulfillment standpoint.
