Staged progression towards fitness; classes are 20 mins 3 times a week so easily do-able; leaves you time to recover or do a class again! Emma is clear in her instructions and gives alternative moves depending on fitness etc she’s also very encouraging

Joining Goodnick is one of the best things I have ever done. Three great 20 minute classes a week then a stretch class at the weekend. I have gradually built up my strength and flexibility, have lost weight and feel SO much fitter. Emma who takes the classes is the best!

Easy to follow 20 minute routines that frequently change so you don’t get bored. You choose whether to work hard or easier. It’s also progressive so you keep getting stronger 👍

I like that there is no hard sell - I decided not to join the WhatsApp group and there was no pressure to do so. I received a message just telling me to call if ever I needed to, which was appreciated. Everything feels as if it’s about helping me rather than just making money. I would be happy to recommend this program to anyone.

This is a progressive exercise routine which is carefully pitched for the target (senior) market. Emma, the trainer, is very encouraging, whatever your starting level, always stressing the correct form for each exercise. Queries are answered promptly and helpfully.

I have a bad back but Emma ensures that all the exercises are safe for me to do. As a result I am fit, strong and much more confident in my physical abilities despite my ageing discs!

Absolutely fabulous. I am a 69year old female and it is just what I need, as balance and strength reduces in older age. It is very well supported with Emma our coach. She’s fabulous. Rachel gives us advice and the Facebook page is really friendly and supportive. I can’t thank Rob and his team enough for designing this programme.
