Did not receive this product in my package

Site is very good. Advised when out of stock of a product with request to be told when available.

Quick delivery, well thought out customer experience. Wonderful face mask - purifying without drying, feels nourishing on the skin. I also ordered their CBD roller which I can’t review either way as I have yet to find a CBD product that has a noticeable effect for me.

Poor/non-existent customer and after sales service. I received my order and one of the pump dispensers had broken, spilling product over the rest of my order and rendering the facewash unusable. I emailed and sent photos. I have also sent follow-up emails and I am yet to receive a response.

I ordered 2 bottles of CBD Oil in the Africa Pure range, who list the GoodLeaf email on their website, so assume it is the same company.

They delivered quickly which was a great start. But then that is where it went wrong. The bottles would not open, the "child" lock was faulty and I couldn't open either. I called AfricanPure and GoodLeaf, but both went to voicemail, emailed them both, and submitted forms on their website and still, almost 3 weeks later, I have not heard a thing from them.

Their customer service is terrible.

We finally put the bottles in a grip and used pliers to open them only to find that the droppers in each bottle were loose and while you could push them, they fell out again.

To top it all off, the product gave me horrible nightmares and a terrible dry mouth.

I would not recommend this company.

Service was amazing, quick and efficient. Been looking for a natural body cream for ages that has a nice texture and smells good, this one fits the bill, love it! Will definitely repurchase.

Quick and clean service. No issues whatsoever. Bought the 'Calm' Pod/Cartridge of CBD. It helps me calm down, but I also get a fuzzy sensation on my chest.

The website is easy to navigate and provides sufficient info on products so you know what you are buying. The functional mushrooms and cbd sachets work far better than prescription meds my GP prescribed. I recommend this brand to anyone.

Their products are fantastic. The best I have tried. Sorry they are closing. I have used cbd sachets every day for years now. It’s become a staple in my day to have one.

Other companies bottle droppers break. Your dropper seems stronger. I would like a more transparent bottle to see when I need a replacement

One great thing about the shipping of my order that it was extremely fast which was a surprise because when I ordered my products from the night before, it arrived the next afternoon.

But the vape flavors were not as expected. It had this odd taste which I tried to convince myself it was acquired which was not the case. Though I had to expect it from a R99 vape refill and I am quite used to the R500-R700 I usually spend on a refill at other companies. The battery replacement on the other hand was actually great!

Am satisfied with the vape. It's very decent and of good quality, and it arrived within 3 day since I placed my order. The only downside is that, on arrival there was a quarter of the vape juice in the vape and I only toop more or less 10+ puffs and the juice was finished.... but overall I very much satisfied with the product.

Order delayed due to not providing courier with full address details. (Which was provided when order was placed.)

What excellent products!! The drinks are delicious and yes CBD oil ensured peaceful sleep, which often evades me. The facial cleanser and exfoliator are gentle but effective and my skin did not break out. The bodywash is luxurious and hydrating. My puppy even likes the taste! Very sad to see the brand exit and hope to see you back on the market very soon!
