I watched the introduction video for the VI96 Drone looked awesome came in a 2ftx2ft case the drone looked huge!!
When I received my drone it's not even 1ftx1ft it's absolutely tiny compared to the huge drone you show in the video!! It came in a smashed box and foam no case at all that is indicated on the parts list . So disappointed in your Bait and switch tactics and I'm sure if I try to return it I'll get no where...I couldn't even get back to the original invoice, paypal says to contact the company directly? (In China ?)

My most constructive opinion on this compy is simply that they are thieves, you order and pay you get a confirmation text and nothing else. I gave them a 1 star only because there is nothing lower. My advise STAY AWAY.

I ordered a knife e. They took my money and never mailed me the Buck knife. I emailed and then it went to a Chinese company and they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about.

Took my money and it said 3 to 5 days for my knives I ordered to show up.... that was 3 weeks ago you guys suck SCAM IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHRISTMAS GIFT SEND MY MONEY BACK FUCKTARDS

Product nothing like advertised

I order a 5-1 welder when I got it a month later. It is not a 5-1welder it is a mini welder arc welder only. I was supose to get two Welding guns. Got 1 arc gun only all this sucks. Not as advertises junk don’t buy.

I took a chance and ordered a man's shirt via Tiktok. The shirt arrived six weeks later. The shirt was not as pictured or as described. I followed the website's return policy and emailed customer service for a RMA. (This is what they call their return merchandise form.) After three weeks, I received a single sentence that offered a 20% off coupon for another shirt. It is my guess that this was an auto-generated email response? I resent my request for the RMA and have not received a response. This company is shady as heck. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. You'll just be throwing your money away.

On you're add you describe it as a 4 in 1 plasma.. rust removal.. MIG...

Shirts are garbage and nothing like what is pictured. Total scam. No way to contact them for return or refund.

This is a scam. Do NOT buy anything from them. The money back guarantee is fake as well. They will send you a lessor product (claiming it to be correct, when it is nothing like what is shown/sold). They will NOT give you your money back. Please do NOT buy from them!

This scammer scum did not deliver the merchandise I ordered. They kept saying that it was delivered. Then they blamed it on USPS. It was not their fault. These 'people' are scammers and low life scum. BANG!!!
From a place you will not see comes a sound you will not hear!!! Then your head will explode. All scammer scum must die.

Clothing received was of low quality. Ordered a man's 2x top and it didn't come close to fitting. My wife who wears a woman's medium tried the shirt and it was tight on her.

Total scam. I ordered a welder asper their advertisement. TIG MIG Stick. What I received was an inverter, no leads, nowhere to input gas and nowhere to put a wire spool. When questioned they said I got what I ordered and included a link to get accessories, which were the electrode and earth lead. Does not alter the fact that this could never TIG or MIG weld. Call me 61418496497 if you want more information. Happy to discredit these scammers.

I ordered the Rearview mirror perfume pendant for my car. I have no complaints at all. It is beautiful and very elegant looking. It is so well made that it actually looks very expensive.
It is just as advertised. I have recommended this company to my family and friends.

I bought a Intelligent Industrial Welding Machine and I have not gotten it yet and I would like to know when it will be delivered to my home because I payed $250 dollars for it and I would like to know when I will be getting it or my money back one

Read poor reviews on these guys only after i purchased. Offer was 50% buy one get one free for the first 1000 orders.

Knife (1only) eventually arrived, nothing like I actually saw on the advert. Checked back in as to why I didn’t get the second knife and was told didn’t make first 1000 orders and yet the advert is still live offering the same deal. Don’t trust them keep your money and buy from a reputable local seller

I ordered in January 2024. It is now June and nothing has ever arrived. They keep on sending me fake tracking details. They are also very arrogant on email.

This seller is NOT reputable. Do not buy.

I purchased a silicone car door protector advertised by goodideal on Instagram on May 4. It is now May 25 with no shipping status. I suspect the seller is collecting orders with no available stock to ship. If I had known this - I would not have purchased. When I requested to cancel the order and refund- the communications stopped.

After waiting over 3 weeks I requested a shipment update. The following is a thread of my communications with the seller.

Two websites: Ercruz and Yotteau. I ordered respectively a knife and tactical scissors.
It was already an ordeal to get shipment tracking codes, which were the same for the two products.
Meanwhile one product was delivered. And wouldn’t You know it, wrong item.
After painstakingly proving my point I was offered a compensation of $5.
But the other item… nothing!
They said item was delivered. That is when I discovered both websites were one company: goodidealshop.com
When I finally could convince them there were two different orders from two ‘different’ websites they sent the other order.
And again the item was not as the advertised product. After again painstakingly proving my point with multiple emails and foto’s, I was offered first $5 and later $8. I just want the advertised item.
