Subscription not wanted

When I found out that my order included a subscription which I absolutely did not want I used the withdrawal form. The next day my order was cancelled. I do use the Hair Luxious on a dayly basis, but I want to buy the stuff when I need it, not by a subscription. By the way, Hair Luxious is a first class product!

This company is totally dubious and not recommended. You get a product on subscription without knowing it!! It is not mentioned anywhere that you are not just ordering a one-off order but a subscription. And the best thing about the next delivery is that you get 3 packs and even better, you cannot return the products you receive on subscription because this only applies to the FIRST delivery. I DID NOT KNOW THAT IT WAS A SUBSCRIPTION TRAP!!! ABSOLUTELY lousy. Please stay away from this company!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAM!

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. They operate like professional thieves. I attempted to buy a product from their website because the price seemed lower than on other sites. However, after entering my details, the page immediately showed "order completed" without requesting payment or clearly explaining any subscription.

There was absolutely no visible information about a subscription on the order page—I’ve taken a screenshot to prove it.

Once I realized what was happening, I quickly canceled by email. However, they had already charged me for a second month at a much higher price and shipped the product. When I tried to return the items, they claimed I had no right to send them back and insisted I must pay for them. This practice is both deceptive and unfair, designed to take money through hidden charges. Please be cautious, and avoid clicking the order button unless you are fully aware of the hidden subscription trap.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I really don’t know how they’re getting away with this. They pull you into a subscription that you did not commit to and when you try to cancel it within the short time frame you can’t because they will ignore all your emails. When you try to explain this they will just hit you with the good ole fashioned “sorry you did not cancel your subscription in time”. How can we though? If you purposely ignore emails so we void our cancellation period.
These guys are now sending me more payment requests through PayPal after I cancelled my subscription last month. Again, how is this company not breaking any laws here?
Again, I have contacted and made sure this payment has been stopped. Although this company is already blocked by my bank it’s important to take extra precautions.

If you fall victim to these predators, contact your bank immediately. 1.Cancel and order a new card. 2. Block the company. That way they wouldn’t be able to take anymore money from your account. You can also block the company email too so that way they will be replying to themselves.

I bought 1 bottle to purchase to try and the next minute apparently I ordered a subscription, 3 more bottles and £73.00 taken. I caught in time and got in contact and told me I have to pay and I never cancelled in time.
1. I never subscribed I only ordered 1 bottle.
2. The product does not work anyway.
3. Will not allow me to return the bottles they sent out when I told them NO!!
4. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, Absolute scam.
