Firstly I must say that the delivery was correct and construction manual easy going. We bought 6in1 Indoor Jungle Playground to help our child developing motoric skills and it overcame ours expectations. Playgroud is child friendly, has many different features and it poses unlimited possibilities for exploring, exercises and fun time.

Upon assembling and inspecting the product, I noticed many areas on different rungs with rough wood and splinters. This poses a significant hazard to infants, who are at risk of wood splinters while climbing and playing on the structure.
Given that this product is specifically marketed for babies and its cost, I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of proper finishing and quality control.
I had contacted the company twice, once through their live chat and another time through email and did not receive a timely reply. Would not recommend.
UPDATE: Oct 2 - I have sent another email and have yet to receive a reply. The order number is 5384.

This company is an absolute joke! I placed my order at the end of July, and after over 100 emails, they finally admitted they sent us the wrong item. They promised to send a completely different playground set as a replacement, but two weeks later, the parcel is still stuck in Germany. It's now mid-September, and I’ve been emailing them EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last month and a half. They only manage to respond to one email per day, and it’s been THREE days since their last reply.
To make matters worse, after all this frustration, they dared to only refund me 20% of the total cost. 20%! For a product they never even delivered, and after MONTHS of dealing with their incompetence and lies. Their customer service is nonexistent, and it’s clear they have no respect for their customers.
I’ve been more than patient, but this is beyond ridiculous. I am beyond angry. Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy from this company. They’re a complete scam.

I placed an order on Thursday night (between 28 and 29 August) from the Goodevas IT (Italian) website for a gift. I assumed that my order would be processed the next working day, meaning Friday, and the shipping window provided was within 2-5 days for orders to Italy. Only on Monday I realised that according to their processing policy orders placed on Friday would be processed on the following Monday. I wasn’t entirely sure what “Friday” meant (whether it referred to working hours only or otherwise). Regardless, I contacted Goodevas on Monday morning to make sure the order would be shipped that day, as the 2–5 day shipping window would still guarantee delivery (before my departure from Italy later that week and before the birthday). That same evening, having not received a reply to my first email, I emailed again asking if the order had already been shipped and whether it would be possible to change the address to my friend’s, just in case I would be gone on the day of delivery.
Only then did I receive a response (in English, even though my email was in Italian) telling me the item was out of stock and would only be available in the first days of September. I was offered just two options: wait or get a refund. I was extremely disappointed. In my next email on Tuesday morning (2 September) I explained how inconvenient this situation was: either way, it would be inconvenient. If I wait, I would have to find a small gift to avoid going empty-handed to the birthday; if I request a refund, I would have to find a proper gift on very short notice, which is extremely difficult. In both cases, I would waste my time and face unnecessary stress, and I would also have to explain the delay and issues with this order to the birthday girl’s mother, which was embarrassing. Despite explaining all these issues, my inconveniences were not addressed or acknowledged at all, and the options offered do not solve the problem, meaning I am the only one bearing the consequences of this poor service. I was frustrated that no one had informed me of the stock issue sooner, as it had been two working days with no communication, and I only found out after chasing them twice, four days after my order. If I hadn’t enquired, I wonder how long it would have taken for them to tell me. In that email, I also suggested that some form of compensation for the inconvenience would have been appropriate.
I never received a reply to that email. On Thursday night (4 September), still with no answer, I wrote again requesting to cancel the order and a full refund.
The next morning, I received a notification (not a reply to my email) that the order had been shipped anyway. This means that both my Tuesday email complaining about the lack of communication and inconvenience, and my later refund request, were ignored or simply not read. Finally, on 8 September (four days later), I received a reply saying that my order had shipped on 4 September and that “some technical issues occurred to our regret”, blaming technical problems instead of taking responsibility for not updating stock, informing customers promptly, or replying to emails. They stated that if I still wanted a refund, I would need to refuse the package so it could be returned.
To summarise, this whole experience has been extremely frustrating:
- The website showed stock when there was none.
- Communication was slow and unreliable, emails often ignored.
- I wasted several days before being informed of the stock issue.
- My inconveniences were never addressed or acknowledged.
- My email requesting the order to be cancelled and a refund were not acknowledged until after the order had already been shipped.
- The options offered left me as the only one bearing the consequences.
- The item was ultimately shipped one week after I placed the order, after the birthday, so I did not receive it on time and the parcel is still on transit as of today, 11 days after the order was placed.
- Instead of offering any goodwill gesture or compensation, the burden and inconvenience were placed entirely on me.
Very poor customer service, and I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need reliability and timely communication. Who knows what will happen if you end up having issues with the items ordered, needing assistance or replacement parts, communication is slow, if they even reply, making them highly unreliable.
