I had the pleasure of speaking with Franchiska Shivers yesterday and my experience was amazing thanks to her! I genuinely had so many questions and was so lost and she never lost patience with me. Instead she took the time to educate me and answer all the questions I had!

Ellyn was such a GREAT help. She was very kind, patient & efficient. I hope to always work with Ellyn when I need assistance. She answered all my questions, she was very quick also while covering all her bases and again such a great help. She was the absolute BEST! :)

Susana's customer service was terrible. She was rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me.

I spoke to Ellyn Fallon she was extremely professional broke down everything to my understanding. Great personality highly recommend. Ellyn went above and beyond. She deserves a raise!

Lost my mother last month and somehow let my policy get cancelled due to dealing with mom's estate. Heather made the process of reinstating my policy easy and quick- she was not only helpful but polite and compassionate about my situation.

Melissa was very helpful. She was quick on getting the documents to the dealership a d stayed on the line until they received the documents to ensure I was able to take the new vehicle home.

This insurance company will over charge you so be careful. They will add accidents that you are not at fault for to your insurance abstract. Then they will say it came from “ Lexis nexis,” a third party that they “claim” they go through for your information. Once you call the nexus people they will not send you any of the correct info that you ask them for. If you try to send good2go your abstract they will give you the wrong fax number and email address to send your information to. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they start to get ghetto and try to argue with you. Just go somewhere else because this company does not deserve your hard earned money.
