I had the pleasure of speaking with Franchiska Shivers yesterday and my experience was amazing thanks to her! I genuinely had so many questions and was so lost and she never lost patience with me. Instead she took the time to educate me and answer all the questions I had!

Lost my mother last month and somehow…

Lost my mother last month and somehow let my policy get cancelled due to dealing with mom's estate. Heather made the process of reinstating my policy easy and quick- she was not only helpful but polite and compassionate about my situation.

This insurance company will over charge…

This insurance company will over charge you so be careful. They will add accidents that you are not at fault for to your insurance abstract. Then they will say it came from “ Lexis nexis,” a third party that they “claim” they go through for your information. Once you call the nexus people they will not send you any of the correct info that you ask them for. If you try to send good2go your abstract they will give you the wrong fax number and email address to send your information to. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they start to get ghetto and try to argue with you. Just go somewhere else because this company does not deserve your hard earned money.
