Give Jackie Booth a raise
Jackie Booth helped make this process very stress-free and easy. She gave me the option of thinking over a policy change and was kind enough to schedule a callback with me so I had plenty of time to consider the change. This really put me at ease. Jackie was patient over the phone while I searched for my debit card and explained the policy very thoroughly. Jackie was extremely helpful and considerate, an asset for good2go’s customer service team for sure.

Great Customer Service Rep Melissa
