This company is a fraud , Clothing ordered at the beginning of April were first overcharged then supposedly on route probably by donkey as they still haven't arrived I asked for the dressses to be cancelled but the company asked for more time so they could show trust in our product ,this was a delaying tactic to stop me contacting my bank I am very disappointed that Facebook allow such crooks to advertise on their forums on reading other reviews about this company I would never use or recommend them to anybody absolute frauds.

Disgusting. I ordered on April 10th and I still do not have the products. Wish I had read all the reviews. I’m now doubtful that the dresses will be as described or if I will even get them and it sounds pointless trying to claim a refund. Good-time.uk totally misleading. My parcel was shipped from the US. Tracking status as of 5th May says they are in Lincoln UK and has still not moved from this location. If they were a UK company I would have reported to trading standards. They also initially overcharged me but then after raising it with them, the correct about was charged to my account. Wish I could give 0 stars. Not even deserving of 1.

Avoid!!!!!!!! Initially overcharged although did refund quickly. Dresses took 8 weeks to arrive with excuse after excuse. Dresses are ‘ok’ but nothing to write home about out. Never again.

Ordered early April. Still not arrived. Been on holiday and no longer need. Told I cannot cancel because it’s it’s in transit. It’s been a in transit for 7 weeks….. Absolute con - do not order from this company

Support consistently refused to share returns information and will not share company director to names. After numerous emails gave in to accepting £9 compensation having paid £48.14.

Company tried charging me more than the order. When I queried, they then took the correct amount. I still have not received my order which was placed over a month ago! Company cannot confirm when I will receive order and tracking information not updated. Be careful!

Awful - delivery terrible. Dress terrible. Customer service terrible. At least they are consistent. I put the dress in the bin as I had no luck trying to return it.

I'm only giving this 1 star as there's no way to rate it less. Absolutely appalling after service. Ordered a dress, came quickly but did not fit. Here's where I then spend several weeks of back and forward emailing, with them reluctantly making me an offer of £3 instead of giving me a full refund as per their 14day guarantee. After refusing this, they now no longer answer any of my emails. Do not purchase from them. I only wish I'd read the reviews before hand.

Be very wary you order a product thinking it’s from the UK but it’s a China company. I ordered my product over a month ago and I’m still waiting when they message you back. They don’t even message in proper English. They keep telling me they are still processing I wish these companies would stop pretending they’re UK companies Misleading false representation. Please don’t waste your money. Just look at the trust pilot reviews. I wish I’d done so in the beginning.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering three dresses from them. I received a blue dress despite NOT ordering a blue one. I ordered NAVY, GREEN AND BLACK. The material is cheap and looks nothing like the photos in the advert. It looks terrible on me. The elastic bit doesn't sit where it's supposed to. Definitely NOT suitable for a size 16, 5 foot 8" woman. There are no washing instructions either. I HATE IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY. CUTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING TOO.

I ordered two large dog beds. When they arrived, a month after I placed the order, they were hardly big enough for a cat. I have been offered £4 compensation. I paid £40. If I could rate this company less than one star, I would. Do not buy from this company. They should be forced to cease trading.

Absolutely terrible company!! We have been waiting months for our delivery, customer service is appalling. Our package has been returned because we didn't put the number of our house.. (our fault) but they had our phone number and email address so they could of corresponded before sending it out..
now they want us to pay £11.68 to get it re sent out.. I will definitely NOT purchase from here again.

Ordered large cozy bed for my dog. Has arrived, and he is just about able to get his head in it. I am disgusted and wish I had read reviews. £31 plus postage for a bed barely big enough for a cat!!! I have requested full refund, but I don’t hold out much hope after reading comments.

This company ships from the USA. Awful customer service. Delivery is incredibly slow. Good Time UK is a con. Don’t fall for it. Nothing to do with the UK. No customer service to speak of. Steer well clear.

Shouldn’t Evan have 1 star. Have not received anything …. These company’s should not be allowed in social media . Disgusting. It went from 18.99 to 32.00. Can not get my money back

As other buyers I wish I had read the reviews.ong time to arrive and not fit for purpose. Much too small. I ordered a medium bed for our chihuahua but there is no way she can get in it.
Quick to respond to my email but not accepting the issue. Offered £3 compensation but no suggestion of a replacement.
Caveat emptor.

How I wish I had read review before ordering. Ordered cozy dog bed, medium size for my JRT x Dachshund. He could only get his head in it. As already said no return address or anything with package. Also took weeks to arrive.

Total scammers. Had me fooled. Ordered a medium sized dog bed for my Westie. It took weeks to arrive...because they are not based in the UK as I was led to believe. Finally arrived today, and it's tiny. Couldn't even fit a cat in it
No paperwork or return address included.
In an email they assured me it was " A quality product ".

Do not go near this Company.
