Should have looked at their reviews before making a purchase. Keep sending emails of an item arriving but looks like won’t get it. Not a huge amount of money but when it’s multiplied by all customers who paid and never received their items, must make them millionaires. Will be reporting this seller/website. It’s a scam!

Ordered items £50 on 13.10.24, was meant to be dispatched within 7days. SCAM site! No items delivered.

When contacted 30.10.24 told me they were processing order, still nothing.

Checking again 27.11.24 no order dispatched, no refund, no explanation & no contact from customer service!

I placed on Order for £29 on 29th October. It hasn't arrived, yet Good Skin have asked me to review. I have emailed customer services multiple times asking where my order is and I have no reply whatsoever. My emails are simply ignored!
They have given a partial refund of £9.00 because they say something isn't available. Yet. I have received nothing. No one will respond when you email the company and there is no other way of getting hold of it. Steer clear of this company. Goods didn't arrive and zero customer service response!!!

Scam company - do not use - NEVER send the paid for items and ignored ALL emails

Exactly the same as others on here, although I did get receive on initial order. I was actually please with the product so ordered more. The second order never left the warehouse (according to the tracking info). I have attempted to resolve this via email (the only way you can contact them) several times and have received no response.
As with others, I left a comment on the cleaning tips and tricks page advising people to avoid. Within 30 mins I had been blocked from that page.
Avoid!!!

Took money and didn’t deliver goods. The woman who owns this company is called Alexandra Barzey and was born in August 1991. Her profile on Facebook is Alex Barzey, Newcastle on Tyne. She is also Director of Scrubology Ltd. I will be reporting her to the police and Action Fraud.

Like many others, I’ve placed an order, paid and not received it.
No response to my emails.
I’ve tried messaging on Instagram and Facebook too but not holding out much hope. Customer service is non-existent!

Total scam. No items received. Small claims court next. Avoid this bunch.

Placed an order in July for €45. Never received it and it is now November. I've sent numerous emails with no response. Totally ridiculous 😡

Definitely a SCAM COMPANY under the guise of a Facebook group called “Cleaning tips and tricks” and, they have a pic making out that it’s something to do with a famous lady! I found the bad reviews here and posted them on the FB group to warn others, but now they have blocked me. The profiles of the people recommending this company aren’t real. I always look companies up on here before buying. I’m so glad I did!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! This company is a scam. I have a feeling admin of the "Cleaning tips and tricks" Facebook group have something to do with it as they keep allowing people to make posts with a similar claim, praising some mystery "miracle product", along with unrealistic before and after pictures, but without mentioning what this product is. Then as expected loads of people ask what it is and the poster then replies with the link to the goodskinbeauty website. I and other have reported the posts and commented warning people but then they suspended and eventually blocked us. They are clearly promoting this rip-off company by allowing innocent people to be scammed. It's disgusting! AVOID at all costs and report and block the Facebook group too!

I ordered an item, 2 weeks on and it still has not arrived! The only way to contact is via email which I have done, and no response. Very disappointed

Really shocked! I've ordered a couple of times with this company in the past and have always received the items fine, but this time I have received nothing!!! I have emailed using two different email addresses and you just do not get a response!! Don't know what has happened suddenly!

Scam!!!
I purchased some of their products earlier this year and I have still not received my items. Goodskin failed to respond to my emails.
If you are reading this, please learn from my experience and do not order from this company. I feel robbed.

Please avoid orders never received. I was on a subscription took money last 3 months I have emailed them nothing received. Not sure who to turn to but this is a scam company

I ordered from Good Skin in July following a recommendation from a FB page on Household tips. I still have not received the order. I've since made a complaint to my bank and eventually got a refund today after several weeks. I continue to get emails from Good Skin asking do I want to sign up for a subscription or to reorder, obviously automated emails. They have never replied to any of my emails when I enquired about my delivery progress. This company needs to be removed from online before many more people are scammed.
