Fast and professional customer support

Very disappointing experience with Gonser.
I ordered a gaming desk because the website clearly advertised “Order today, delivered tomorrow.” The item was marked as “ready for immediate dispatch,” so I relied on that information for my planning and stayed available for the delivery.
However, the shipment was handed over late to the courier and the tracking became extremely confusing. The expected delivery date kept changing, while the package status stayed stuck on “shipment registered” for days. Eventually, the delivery was postponed multiple times.
The most frustrating part is that there was no proactive communication or clear explanation about the delay. If next-day delivery is not realistic, it should not be advertised so prominently because customers genuinely rely on it.
Very frustrating experience overall.

Outdoor sofa rain protection covers
Satisfied with the outdoor sofa rain covers we ordered . Even though they do not have any fasteners not strings that can be tied the quality is good. Gonser communication was excellent and so was delivery.

Impossible to return item
I ordered a sofa that did not match the images shown on the website. I requested a return more than a month ago and have since been trying to arrange the pick-up.
I have already confirmed a collection date twice, however both times I did not receive any follow-up or confirmation despite multiple attempts to reach out.
I am now contacting them for the third time to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone by phone, there is no chat support available on the website, and email has been the only channel—but without a successful resolution so far.
At this stage, I am quite frustrated, as the process has not been handled in a structured or responsive way.

I was contacted by customer support and everything went well. customer service is top. options were provided and I would say that changed my perspective of my previous comment about gonser.
(I bought a KARL desk, the screws provided are too short. Contacted customer service "Buy the needed screw and we'll refund you" Now I have to go through the hassle of looking for the screws needed and buy it. Then send them the receipt to get a refund. This is just a hassle. How hard is it to send the replacement screws.First and last time buying in gonser. Keep your refund.)

I purchased a bicycle from this website…
I purchased a bicycle from this website based on the product description, which clearly stated that the frame was made of aluminum. Months later, during a routine service at a professional bike shop, it was confirmed that the frame is NOT aluminum.
This is not something a customer can reasonably detect at home. The frame is fully painted, and I relied in good faith on the seller’s description — which turned out to be false.
What is even more concerning is the company’s response. After providing clear evidence (photos), they simply replied with a generic message about a 14-day complaint period, completely ignoring the fact that this is a case of false product information regarding a fundamental characteristic.
Even worse, despite being informed, they have not corrected the listing. The product is STILL being advertised as having an aluminum frame, which is misleading and unacceptable.
This is not a minor issue — it is false advertising. I strongly question the reliability and integrity of this company. Buyers should be extremely cautious.

They promise fast delivery but it’s all a lie. They even left the sign “available for fast delivery” on that item on their website, after telling me that they don’t have that item in stock. What does this tell you? That they would rather lie to their customers and deliver late rather than be honest and not make a sale. The help from Max was insufficient. Never again.
Edit: they even told me that the delivery was promised to be 5-7 weeks at the moment of my purchase, which is a complete lie. The delivery was promised for the day after, and now they say they will send it in 5 to 7 weeks.

False Advertising! No 24 hours delivery
In the website they advertise: available immediately and delivery in 24 hours. This is simply NOT TRUE. I don’t understand how in Switzerland a big company like this is allowed to advertise falsely without any consequences. I had my doubts before ordering and unfortunately my suspicions are true. They simply LIE, not answer from their WhatsApp chat, no answer from the formulaire on line. They take your money and then let you hanging waiting for your product that suppose to arrive in 24 hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this site if you need something urgent. Go to Galaxus, pay a bit more, and get reliable information.
