We rented a gong from Gongs Unlimited for our June 2025 wedding. The process was extremely simple and smooth, and the staff we spoke with were kind and professional. The gong was a big hit with our guests and made our wedding day so much fun. Thank you, Gongs Unlimited!

I ordered from my phone on Fb. No drop down size menu for the Gong stand on Fb, just a range. I thought all was well. And found out not to order on Fb again as the company did not back up the lack of drop down menu. Also returned an item that had to be dismantled and part of the item was found missing. I am pretty sure I did a darn good job of packaging and sending all of the part of an item. It took a month to settle it. I am really bummed I can't recommend them. I also asked for credit and it fell on deaf ears.

I ran into some delivery issues, my own doing. When I contacted GU they were able to contact the carrier and immediately correct the issue for me.

Note: When purchasing and shipping large items some Holding Centres will not accept to hold large items for pickup.

I spent weeks looking at gongs and watching the videos to make my final decision. Honestly, I think I would have been thrilled with any of them. I am quite pleased with the 26 inch chocolate drop. Since I was looking for a deep sound to move my atoms around I am very happy with the size of this and the sound.

I ordered the Koshi Chimes, with frame and carry case on Dec.30 and they were delivered 5 days later, despite the holiday.They were well package. Price was reasonable and competitive.
