No travel documents
No travel documents
We booked and payed a holiday july 25. Got booking confirmation and message that we will receive travel documents minimum two weeks prior to travelling. We are travelling sept 20. - 13 days from now.
August 31 I wrote customer service asking about the documents and were told we would receive them latest 14days prior to travelling.
Now 13 days to travelling we have not receive our travel documents.
If a travel company do not follow their own regulations and has a hard time issuing travel documents - then maybe it is better to choose on of the hundres other professional travel companys.

Winter in Albufeira
GoMundo organized a pretty chill place for us to stay at Albufeira - Portugal. We were placed at Monica Isabel Beach Club. The hotel itself needs maintenance but aside of that the service, people and food were amazing. It was off-season, but winter there is certainly way less colder than in The Netherlands. The sun was shining, you could hear the waves crashing at the shore. We loved it. There are many beautiful places with amazing views to visit. We also did a tour to visit the Algarve caves. It was to die for.

Great deal for a three night stay in…
Great deal for a three night stay in Barcelona. The hotel was good and had a great location. Everything went smooth. Only critique is that GoMundo took three days to reply an e-mail, but fortunately it wasn’t an urgent matter.

Mystery trip in Europe - 2017
I got ripped off - I found the same trip ( plane tickets and hotel) for almost half the price some days later. Then they gave me some terrible excuse when I confronted them.
Lesson learned - just book future trips yourself.
