I bought a mobile phone, and as a separate purchase, a cover for the phone. The phone was sent with DHL and arrived the next day despite being sent from EU to Norway. All customs and border were cleared at no extra cost and caused no delay. The product was as described. The phone cover was sent by regular mail and took a bit over a week.
