My order was very problematic in the beginning and, to be honest, I felt annoyed for multiple inefficiencies. But at the end their customer team was very supportive and took care of the whole situation, they ensured to follow up with me along the process and minded about me feeling happy enough by the resolution. Was looking for a new phone and came accross this website. I never heard of it before but the reviews looked good so gave it a go. Im so glad i did. I Ordered a phone yesterday at 3.30pm and it was delivered today at 1pm delivery is so quick i cant believe it can get from the netherlands to dublin ireland so quickly. The phone was alot cheaper from this website than other stores. Just turned on the phone everything seems ok. will 100% buy from here again.

Very good first impression. Just made an order from Germany, the company Gomibo is located in the Netherlands. After noting an error in my shipping address I quickly called Gomibo. They professionally validated if I was the real person and corrected the typo in the address. Exceptionally friendly support and very professional first impression. They did offer the best price for the item I was looking for I urge you to also support smaller companies and to not buy everything from Amazon, otherwise we won't have much choice anymore soon...

I bought a mobile on 23 of March and it should be delivered the next day, but it didn't come. I sent an email to them and on 31 of March a package came but the box was EMPTY. For my luck, I opened it in front of the delivery guy who took the box and said that he would talk with his boss. After that, I sent lots of emails to Gomibo to explain the situation and they only say they are investigating and don't do anything to solve my problem. I need the mobile to work and I am feeling completely injured. I only want my money back.
Update: Today (14/04) they delivered my purchase and give me a voucher to apologise the delay. They were willing to help me and solve my problem. Thanks
