I ordered a OnePlus Open new phone with contract. I received an outlet model (the original seal was broken, and there was another seal on Top). I called up the customer care and the person seemed very friendly - gave me the option to return or replace with a new phone. I am sending the phone back and want to receive a replacement. I will update the star rating if I receive a new phone this time.
I tried shopping here, made order and paid yet everytime it would auto cancel without a reason, after calling their customer support they just told me that they do not know why this happened and cannot help me so i am better off going to other sellers.
this is honestly ridiculous for a big company to have such bad support and to cancel peoples orders without any explanation.
It was the second time in 5 years that I bought a new Samsung S-phone at Gombio.de. The service is premium: easy, fast (got it in 2 days), safe. F.ex. they send it with DHL (not with a worse company).
And the price was the best compared with offerings where I could get the produkt just in few days And with a premium rating like Gombio.
Well done.

Ich habe mir das Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra bestellt.
Dieses kam nicht in der angegebenen Lieferzeit an und es konnte auch nicht nach (insgesamt 2 Wochen) in der Paketstation der DHL abgeholt werden, da es einen Geräteaktivierungscode benötigt, worauf nicht hingewiesen wurde. Letztlich habe ich von meinem Rücktrittsrecht-Gebrauch gemacht, da alles ewig in die Länge gezogen wurde. Der Support agierte kontraproduktiv, ist keine Kompromisse eingegangen und informierte mich nach deren Handlungen! Ich wartete zum Beispiel auf ein Geräteaktivierungscode und die Händler/Supporter forderten ohne mein Wissen, ohne mein Einverständnis und in meinem Namen einen neuen an! Wodurch der Geräteaktivierungscode, der heute ankam, ungültig war. Letztlich kann dies ein Einzelfall gewesen sein, dennoch rate ich jedem ab dort zu bestellen. Zumindest, wenn Ihr nicht Stressresistent seid.

It didn't arrive within the specified delivery time and it couldn't be collected from the DHL parcel station after (a total of 2 weeks) because it requires a device activation code, which was not pointed out. In the end, I made use of my right of withdrawal as everything was dragging on forever. The support acted counterproductively, made no compromises and informed me after their actions! For example, I was waiting for a device activation code and the dealers/supporters requested a new one without my knowledge, without my consent and in my name! As a result, the device activation code that arrived today was invalid. Ultimately, this may have been an isolated incident, but I would advise anyone not to order there. At least if you are not stress-resistant.

5 out of 5 stars. I ordered a phone there and got a case for the phone as well (included in the price apparently, so that was a pleasant surprise). Super fast delivery even though I am not even from the Netherlands. The phone literally arrived in not even two days. I have nothing negative to say!
After putting in my phone number (which is a forced field) I receive WhatsApp messages from India. Would not recommend.

Hello, I ordered a phone here, but unfortunately, I never received it as the package was damaged during transportation. Despite more than three months passing since then, I still haven’t received a refund. I strongly discourage purchasing from this store because if something happens to your package, you won’t get any support from them. I will be contacting the relevant authorities.
The company does not take its customers seriously. They sell goods that they do not have in stock, of course without informing the customer. I bought a phone for my wife as a Christmas present, but after waiting two weeks and every 2 days they postponed the date, I was forced to cancel the order. Now I am waiting for a refund, but I am afraid that there will be a problem with this too... In short: I do not recommend!

Worst compony ever...real scamers...do not order from this company..I ordered Xiaomi Redmi pad 6( order no. 32177807382) in mid of November as a gift for my daughter and still have not received ...they sipped but now its lostand they have to investigate...bullshit

Everything about this company is great. I was searching for the best deal for an iPhone 16 pro. One other company had identical offer so I tried with them twice at first. I got fast rejection from Vodafone. No clue why. I called them and emailed them they said just try again. No access in their system for details. I found gomibo in the third page of google. Identical offer. I searched and they are a completely different Dutch company so I thought I’ll give them a try. Next day I get an email politely describing the additional document they needed to process my order. I sent it and everything worked perfect. Customer service instantly available in German and English which is so rare in Germany. Extremely polite and attentive. I know It sounds like they paid me to write this but seriously, I had a great experience with them so far. They emailed me since then with details for my next stems. I did the transfer of number from o2 to Vodafone easily and now I finished almost everything. I hope they get as big as they deserve. Top prices and great customer service.
Terrible company, bought two iPhones transferred money in beginning of October awaiting stock I knew, company cancelled order for no reason some weeks later. Took many phone calls no one could tell me why cancelled, then they said could not transfer money back. Weeks of phone calls and stress, then someone on phone tried to reorder and send phones which were now in stock. Cancelled again. More phone calls asking for refund until eventually I had to threaten to call solicitor in The Netherlands to start legal proceedings. Finally they transferred the refund. I wouldn’t use this company ever again for whatever they sell and I suggest you order from different company.
