When you buy they're fine and deliver quickly however it all goes pear shaped if you send phone back within the 31 day return period. They failed miserably to provide customs form so return was stuck at border for days then the refund just never appears so good luck if you want to return your phone

A few things went wrong, the phone I bought and paid for was unable to be supplied, and my addres needed corrected, but twice I spoke to the Customer Service people by phone and my issues were immediately resolved - I got another phone that I was happy with, an immediate refund of the excess, and a guaranteed dispatch date. Phoned from the UK and dealt with assistants speaking perfect English. Nothing to be unhappy about. Will be back when I need my next phone.

I have been shopping on Gomibo for a few years. The delivery is extremely fast. I ordered a phone from the UK on 23rd December and received it next day-Christmas eve! I was amazed. The customer service is top notch as well....
Overall this company takes some beating.

Very quick to cancel an order, but not so quick to refund you the money.

Have messaged a few times, tried calling them (not waiting in a que for 30 minutes).

With this in mind, I don't recommend and won't use them again, refunds for cancelled orders should be straight away, not having to chase them constantly for it.

Recently bought a new phone on this site for the first time.
The whole experience was a joy.
Great prices and delivery was 3 days later.
Product arrived in a well padded box.
I certainly will use this site again.

Item was delivered quickly. Packaging wasn't the best. My package was ripped open with the item still inside, but could have been lifted out quite easily. But delivery was fast.

I bought twice from them, in 2022 and 2025. No issues. All went smooth. Good prices.

Great experience with Gomibo, good price and an excellent product, unfortunately somewhat let down by the delivery company.
Up to 12.30 pm on delivery day according to the courier company was delivering between 9.30 am and 10.30 am 😂 then at 12.40 pm it went to by end of the day which means I had spend all day in waiting for the delivery, disappointing!

Terrible company, bought two iPhones transferred money in beginning of October awaiting stock I knew, company cancelled order for no reason some weeks later. Took many phone calls no one could tell me why cancelled, then they said could not transfer money back. Weeks of phone calls and stress, then someone on phone tried to reorder and send phones which were now in stock. Cancelled again. More phone calls asking for refund until eventually I had to threaten to call solicitor in The Netherlands to start legal proceedings. Finally they transferred the refund. I wouldn’t use this company ever again for whatever they sell and I suggest you order from different company.

Ordered in the early hours of Sunday morning and it arrived at my door in the UK on Tuesday morning so well impressed.
I've knocked off a star as I ordered my phone in silver but I received the blue model. I thought maybe I'd ordered it wrong but the invoice that came with it says silver so it's definitely them picking the wrong colour.
Anyway the blue colour is great so I'm not going to go through the hassle of swapping it. Generally a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to order off them again.

Arrived more or less when I was expecting it. Pricing was good, I was happy, but disappointed by the app, which i didn't find too useful, but that's more of a side note.

I wasn't sure about this company at first as I wasn't familiar but it's definitely legitimate and had no issues with UK delivery.

Ordered a Xiaomi 14 from Gomibo who are based in netherlands. Phone came within two working days, and is authentic and in perfect condition. will be buying from here again!

Had what I wanted, good price and easy to order. Also is delivered very quickly. Have used them before and will again.

I ordered my phone at 3pm on a monday and received my phone on tuesday at 3.15pm, unreal service, i would have no problem recommending Gomibo for you phone purchase

Fast delivery and £30 less expensive than all the main retailers what's not to like

From the website to ordering and delivery it was a faultless experience.
Great prices too.
