I'm quite satisfied with the counselling I get via GoMentor 24/7. I really like that it's a digital service, where I can reach out to my mentor (in my case, a coach/therapist) and speak my mind whenever I need it. It seems much more modern than waiting weeks to get an appointment at an office. I have been using the service for three weeks now and I will continue for some time. I have really boosted my personal development and learned to cope with situations, thoughts and feelings in an entire new way. I can really recommend GoMentor to anyone that are seeking professional counselling, therapy or coaching.
I never tried online counselling before but this was a great first experience. Before signing up I had some questions about the subscription which a nice girl from the support helped me with and afterwards I got matched with a therapist who have helped me a lot in relation to stress management.
Gomentor is a joke.
Mentor didn't confirm my session. They charged me anyway. When I asked for a refund, I was lied to that they didn't deduct the money from my account. When they did admit that they charged my credit card, they offered me to go ask for my money directly from the therapist.
