Withdrawal Delayed for Weeks Without Clear Explanation
On April 23rd, I requested a withdrawal of $25,813.77 in USDT from GoMarkets. As of today, May 16th, the funds have still not been released.
The wallet address I used has been verified and used multiple times for both deposits and withdrawals. I’ve been trading with GoMarkets for over a year without any issues until now. However, shortly after submitting my withdrawal request, I was suddenly asked on April 29th to complete a video verification. This involved reading out my past deposit details on camera, showing my face, and holding my ID and card — all according to their instructions.
I submitted the video on the same day, and GoMarkets confirmed they received it without any problems. Since then, I have not been asked for anything further. Yet the withdrawal remains pending.
The only response I’ve received is that the review is taking “longer than expected,” and that I should simply wait until they contact me — with no clear reason or timeline provided.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful, especially after having a previously positive relationship with the company.

I registered with this broker having completed all standard KYC procedures, including document uploads and account verification.
On April 4, 2025, I submitted a crypto withdrawal request of $23,649.33.
Surprisingly, on April 7, I received a message requesting an additional KYC video, despite having already been fully verified at the time of account creation.
I submitted the requested video on the same day (April 7), but as of today, April 23, the status still shows as "under review," and there has been no progress on the withdrawal.
Customer support has been slow and uninformative, offering no estimated timeline or clarification for the delay.
As someone who entrusted a large amount of capital to this platform, this experience raises serious concerns about their withdrawal procedures and internal communication.
I am posting this review to share my experience transparently with others who may be considering using this broker.
If the issue is resolved reasonably, I’m open to updating this review to reflect the final outcome.
+ I requested a withdrawal on April 4, but as of June 27, it still hasn't been processed.
I haven't received a single reply to any of the multiple emails I've sent.
Customer support is often unavailable, and when they do respond, it's only to say, "We're sorry, please wait."
Despite the large amount of $23,649.33, nearly three months have passed without a withdrawal or any reasonable explanation.
There has been no effort to clearly communicate the cause of the delay to the customer.
Based on reviews, it seems such issues are more common among Korean users.
Korean users should be especially cautious when considering GoMarkets.
+As of August 1, my withdrawal is still not processed. On live chat, I am constantly told “we’re sorry, please wait a little longer,” but they never give a clear or confident answer like “your funds will definitely be withdrawn no matter what.”
I even emailed the main GoMarkets headquarters (not GoMarkets SVG) explaining the situation and requesting assistance, but their response was that they cannot intervene in this matter.
Just because “GoMarkets” has high ratings on review websites doesn’t mean you can blindly trust it. You need to carefully check which GoMarkets entity you're signing up with, and what reviews say about that entity. Otherwise, you could end up in the same situation as me. Once a problem occurs, no one will help you.
1. I asked to speak with a senior manager from the relevant department, but the request was denied.
2. When I asked how customers can be protected if a withdrawal fails, they delayed the answer for months and eventually said they couldn’t explain due to legal reasons — which means customers have no way of knowing how they’re protected, and therefore are not protected at all.
3. They have never provided a reasonable explanation about the current status or why the withdrawal is delayed.
4. Many people sign up just by seeing the GoMarkets name and high ratings, but not all GoMarkets entities are the same.
I've been trading since 2016, I've used and get to know most brokers out there. Since what I do is scalp most of the time I always needed the best brokers with spread and commissions. I could not be happier than using GoMarkets. Also, GoMarkets made the relationship between the customers and the broker be in a completely different level I experienced before. A shout out to my account manager Klaus, who has always been in contact. I could not recommend more this broker.

I have been forced to reset my passwrod multiple times, and when I try to reset it using the password I believed to be the right one, the system tells me it's already been used, proving that it was the correct password.

So l have just read all the bad reviews, people need to be aware that most people leaving bad reviews only have one or two on Trustpilot, they set up accounts to leave malicious reviews, people need to be aware of this. Most of them don't understand how spreads can take you out of your stop loss, they need to research and understand margin better. l am a professional trader, been trading 12 years and l have alot of experience of brokers. l run a PAMM account on here where people connect to my account and l trade for them, l have to say l rate Go Markets very highly, their customer service is excellent, they respond to emails very quickly, being totally honest the phone service could be better, but l don't need it because they respond to emails so rapidly. My previous experience testing all the different brokers for my live trading group found out my group wanted good customer service first, followed by fast withdrawals, Go Markets say 3-5 days, of course this depends on your bank and country you live in, mine are all completed in 2 days, l like to scalp when l trade and the reason l left my previous broker who had great customer service , was they had huge problems with latency, Go Markets is very quick to enter and close trades. l use one touch trading and it is extremely quick, so for me it is a perfect for my style of trading. l have tried nearly all the major brokers in UK, none of them match the speed that Go Markets have. They are offshore now, l understand this will worry some people, but they are a huge company, second only to IC Markets, so l am very comfortable my money is safe. Spreads are possibly the most important factor for me and Go Markets have excellent spreads, especially for the NASDAQ which l trade. New traders make the mistake of trading minor currency pairs that have bad liquidly so spreads are not good, then write bad reviews when they lose money. If you look at my previous reviews l am critical of companies that l do not feel are acting in the best interest of their customers, but l have to say l have absolutely no issues with Go Markets and l would fully recommend them to beginners and novice traders, professional traders should be able to work out this is a decent company, if there was something bad to say l would tell you, but my experience is that Go Markets is the best broker out there. Trading is not easy, requires years of practice and back testing, there are no short cuts, but getting the right broker for you is the most important first step. People may think my positive review is because l am being paid or biased towards Go Markets, not the case, l really care about new traders and l don't want them to blow their money, people who know me from previous live trading groups will be able to tell you about my experiment with brokers, l tested so many, but l would put Go Markets in front of all of them. People need to learn risk management instead of writing negative reviews because they blew their account or did not understand the functions of the platform they are using. l traded with Meta trader 4 previously and had many issues especially on data releases, which l like to trade, Go Markets use Meta trader 5 and had no issues even on large data releases. So to finish, l would fully recommend you use Go Markets for your trading, but check and do your homework. Just want to give a special mention to Klavs my account manager, he is a great guy who is super efficient the speed he responds to emails is astonishing, l have experience in running successful businesses, you need people like Klavs, if a senior manager at Go Markets reads this, what ever you are paying him double it, he is the reason l continue with Go Markets, fantastic attention to detail with great customer service.
