Hacked: Major security problem

As many have experienced, there is a major security problem. Browser profiles seem to have been compromised by the GoLogin team or someone with them, resulting for many in a loss of money, for those for example who advertise on Meta and elsewhere. Initially I was worried that I had done something wrong whereby I was finding unusual access in the profile, but I started seeing all the past reviews of GoLogin that do not look good. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems that in order to “hide” all the bad reviews, GoLogin has requested enough positive reviews (to hide the bad reviews) from some review service or through fake profiles or some other way. GoLogin could deny this but I understand it, it is in the interest of their own business. At least have the courage to admit that you had a security problem or that you were the one who logged into browser profiles and collected browser cookies instead of continuing to lie and hide the evidence.

Hello Pole,

We are deeply sorry for the frustration and losses you’ve experienced, and we take your concerns very seriously. Our team has thoroughly investigated reports of account breaches, and we can confirm there is no evidence of GoLogin services being compromised or involved in selling cookies or user data. Thanks to our robust security architecture, user data remains protected unless accessed through authorized login credentials or approved methods.

Our investigation suggests that breaches often stem from external factors, such as:
- compromised third-party Facebook account suppliers
- third-party two-factor authentication providers for website accounts
- reused or leaked passwords from other platforms
- phishing attacks or social engineering via communities

If you have any further concerns or additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to regain your trust.

they cant hide real identity all websites keep detecting your operating system

they promis eyou can create new identity profile but in relaity they doesnt i baught 1 year Business package and then we discover that our browser is not hiding our identity and if u launch a profile of android as mobile it will always be read as tablet with your finger print. in another words they cant create you real profile as mobile phone and somehow our identity keeps gettiing detected as tablet with same finger print.
After talking to suuport they said we must use a mobile app we ran the app it require opera. After installing it, also cant run and keep asking to install opera.
again talking to support they said that its beta version and doesn't garante success. They recomend using desktop.
So again in desktop and no mobile profile can be created and when i ask for a refund for the 11 left months bec the software cant be used they said bec we paid through crypto currency our money will not be refunded and we lost the 500$.
100% scam and make fun of people who doesn't know about computer software.
i don't recomend anyone to use them all what they do is change ur browser verison and make u use a proxy something any browser have and u can edit manually.

Hello Nidal,

We are truly sorry for the frustration and confusion you’ve experienced, and we appreciate your feedback.

To clarify, we advise users that launching mobile profiles on a desktop may result in detection due to operating system differences. This is noted in the desktop app interface. Regarding the mobile app, we apologize for the misinformation. The Orbita browser has specific Android device requirements, which unfortunately were not met in your case, preventing it from running correctly.

For additional context, our app modifies multiple browser parameters—including fonts, audio context, WebGL data, and more—to create distinct digital fingerprints, providing functionality beyond standard browser or proxy settings.

We have reached out to you via our support team to discuss your case further and address your concerns.

Best regards,
Your GoLogin Team

Regarding your claim about cookies, it’s important to clarify that cookies alone are hardly enough to access the accounts or enable unauthorized actions. Account access typically requires valid login credentials (username and password) and, where enabled, two-factor authentication.

Gologin sold my cookies and I got…

Gologin sold my cookies and I got robbed by $10.000 USD. A hacker spent this money in just 2 hours after accessing my facebook account.

There is no other possible way of someone hacking the account. I have layers of security but none of them are activated if I login from my cookies. Someone from Gologin sold my cookies and data so the hackers could get into the profile.

I am preparing a lawsuit.

DO NOT USE GOLOGIN! They sell your cookies and then those who bought them take your accounts and run ads. I lost $3000 in advertising costs that some hackers spent running ads through my assets. GoLogin, will you refund my money? I guess no, you scammers!!!
