I use Goli for acid reflux. I did not realize b12 was in the Goli’s. Since i need to use multiple Goli’s for acid relief. I can no longer use Goli’s. Could you make Some Goli’s just apple cider vinagar no vitamins added.

Admittedly, it's been a long time since I ordered from Goli. Not because I don't like the products, I *love* them! So when I placed an order yesterday and forgot to include my discount code, I crossed my fingers as I emailed a quick "OH NO!!! I forgot...," hoping the company was still as gracious as they had been in the past.

Whew! They are. Within minutes, Etun D. had applied the discount, refunded the amount back to my card, and even replied to my email happily honoring my request.

I just received my apple cider vinegar gummies and for the first time they were hard. I contacted customer service and I expressed my concerns. The Goli team went above and beyond for me: I placed an order and had a 25% off code that I forgot to apply. Had a problem with some women’s multi golis and wrote to customer care. They were unbelievably sympathetic, asked for pictures, which I sent and after reviewing same came to the same conclusion I did and are sending replacement golis; apple cider vinegar (my choice) as they are no longer offering multi’s which is fine as we are major users of them and have been for several years.

Customer service was great, they responded to my question in a timely manner. Also I want to say that I’ve felt so much better since I started taking Goli apple cider vinegar and Ashwagandha gummies. I can definitely feel the difference.

I purchased some Goli Multivitamins for women from Ulta and upon arrival they were wet, tacky and stuck in the container. It’s set to expire 1/26 I am wondering if this was a bad batch or are they all gonna be like that.

Let me start by saying I really love Goli vitamins, I tried them from Target and they worked well so I decided to subscribe monthly on their website. I ordered the men's bundle to ship every 4 weeks and got the vitamins shortly. Within 4 weeks I was charged for my next month's vitamins - but they never came. After a little while I checked the site - I had been charged on the 7th but it was now the 20th and my vitamins hadn't shipped. I reached out to customer service and received a strange response, sounding like AI, taking no responsibility for the delay and acting like this was very normal. I asked if this was normal, and received another very strange response that seemed even more like AI, with lots of exclamation points saying my order had shipped. Weeks late. With no apology. If you like Goli, buy them at Target - don't attempt to sign up for a subscription through their site.

I had a recent order ship with a couple wrong items (not so great) but the customer service was so good that I can't be upset.

I was treated to a swift response and had replacement items ready to ship in under an hour with only 1 or 2 emails (with picture proof) needing to be exchanged.

This is after being almost a month late in noticing that the items were wrong (I didn't check all of the items when I first received them) and was still granted replacements.

Hopefully I don't have to rely on customer service again but if I do I'm happy to know that they are great!

Been part of Goli subscriber now for a long while and whenever I have a query or need customer care assistance, the response to my email is always prompt and helpful. I have 6 different Goli gummies being delivered every month for myself and my husband and we absolutely love the taste on all of them and it’s better than taking vitamin tablets/suppliments.
