pardise palms in florida for the second time we were not able to have condo next to each other or back to back this year a little better , was not told about southern dunes about course had an infection did golf but not a good game we would of changed to another course if we knew, other than that every thing else was good we will use golf zoo again

as usual went well had to make late changes and it was handled

The website was straightforward and honest. The only hitch occurred as I was was confirming the golf tee-times one of the courses did not have the reservation. I called Golf Zoo and they got back to me within ten minutes to assure me that the reservation issue had been resolved. It turned out that the fault was the course and not golf zoo's to begin with.

My annual golf trip will use Golf Zoo's services again without reservation.

Been using golf zoo for many years now. Courses are great, accommodations are wonderful and if there is ever a problem they are resolved as quickly as possible. Just write the check and the rest is taken care of.

Golf Zoo made our trip memorable, problem free and very enjoyable. The housing facility was very comfortable and the golf was fabulous and loads of fun. The weather was ideal. We look forward to doing it again next year.

We have booked our trip for 3 consistent years to Myrtle Beach with golf zoo. The prices are always great, however this last trip we were originally scheduled to lodge in a big 3 bedroom condo. There was a conflict with booking and they allowed us to choose our new accommodations. We were okay with this until they seperated our rooms by 7 floors. The new location refused to let us check in early, check out late, get rooms next to each other. Oh and let's not forget the bathtub that would back up everytime and have public hairs floating in the ankle deep water. We made several calls to the desk, and nobody ever came to fix it. It was truly nasty. We are not ones to complain, but on this trip, customer service was severely absent.

This was my third trip scheduled through golf zoo. It's hard for me to imagine using anyone else.

Courses are great Our Ruth Chris night is s highlight for the group of half serious golfers and half guys that just need to get away.

Dealing with GolfZoo was fine. I'm not sure a lot of money was saved vs. doing it myself but it was easy and done timely, the time it saved me to schedule everything was valuable. Unfortunately at the hotel we stayed at my son's laptop was stolen from the room one day while we were out golfing. When discovered and reported to the hotel the room service person for our room "had gone on vacation for a week". Although management promised corrective action it has now been 2 months and they do not return follow-up inquiries so that ruined an otherwise great experience.

Very nice accomodations, and beautiful courses, although the greens were a tad slow after spring aeration

Easy professional people to work with

This was the most difficult of the several trips I have used Golf Zoo for, several emails and phone calls to get what we wanted... End of the day it worked out and I will most likely use them again next year!

Everything went smooth, nothing was a surprise and exactly as advertised and advised. Very happy to do business with GolfZoo and will plan next years golf trip again.

The lodging was first rate, and the golf was even better. Great value!

These folks were recommended by a friend who had used them in the past. I dealt with Mike out of the Myrtle Beach office. He was great to work with and even changed our accommodations, at my request, quickly and perfectly. I literally did the entire vacation through e mail which is fine by me. I was presented many phone numbers to call if there were any issues which there were not. My son and I played 3 rounds of golf on spectacular courses while my wife enjoyed the sun and shopping on days we played. Mike got us a great 2 bedroom condo at the Anderson which I also would recommend. If I am looking to book another golf trip I will use Golf Zoo for sure.

Set up my Vegas golf trip with Golf Zoo. Everything was perfect. Will definitely use them for my next golf outing.

Great week of golf and the resort and the people were very gracious and accommodating. The courses were in great shape and the food in the surrounding area was also very very good. Rusty Bellies has the best seafood around.

This was the second year our golf group used Golf Zoo. They handled our trip to Orlando in 2015 and this year's trip to Fort Myers/Naples. They provided us with a couple different options, we chose one and from that point on the process went very smoothly. The trip was perfect and every guy on our trip (16 of us) raved about the accommodations and golf courses. We'll be using Golf Zoo again in 2017.

AWESOME TRIP

Saddlebrook resort was a mixed bag . They were generous with replays ,but greens on SADDLEBRook course were awful .They lack choices when it came to dinning .The steak house/ sports bar same room ,just different menus .eating off site was a hassle they valet the cars .all the rooms were clean and the staff were more than willing to help with almost everything (.you better keep a pocket full of fives).
