Excellent Customer Support
I bought waterproof golf shoes from GolfSupport because the price was right. When I found them leaking after only just over 12 months old Ecco (the manufacturer) would only suggest going back to the seller. I didn't really expect the response from GolfSupport which was to offer a credit note for the full amount. They couldn't have been more helpful and will definitely seek them out for my next purchase.

I will not buy from you again
I will not buy from you again, they send a different product than the one I ordered, and the money is not returned. I waited almost a month and they did not send anything. They just send a message to the procrastinators only.

Unfortunately, a few things went wrong with this order where a wrong product was sent. Our customer service team offered a refund for the item which was accepted by the customer but we had an internal issue with our refunding process that caused a delay.
Not a great experience for the customer but eventually fixed
